“Walmart was out of the filter I needed so I called and got transferred to Roger. I let him know I’d be by in about 30 minutes to pick it up and sure enough when I got there it was sitting on the counter. It’s hard to find people who give great service nowadays so thank you Roger and thank you Oviedo for having such a kind soul working there. It’s only an oil filter but I was in a hurry to make it back to work in time and thanks to him that happened.”
“Andrew was very helpful!! We came in on a Sunday afternoon, when everything was closing, or closed. He diagnosed my problem, ordered the part for next day delivery, ( thank goodness, because the Ford dealership did not have one in stock, and it would have tacked on another day), gave me a couple of options for installation, and recommended a hotel to stay for the night.
Thanks Andrew!!!!”

“I shop at Lagrange tx. Napa for most of my auto parts and accessories. If you want the right parts and the best quality look no further. You can expect Friendly service. A clean well stocked store. And returns without any problems.”
“I had my car repaired after a wreck and this place was great. They make sure you’re happy and if you have an issue, they address it. I love the hometown feeling.”
“I had a great experience! My car was backed into. Insurance paid them directly and all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up after repairs. My car looks fantastic!”

“Chuck was excellent from start to finish. The 2023 Mustang Mach E GT that I got was in great shape, and I'm very happy with the vehicle. My Credit Union was difficult to work with but Carlos pulled through.
I never felt forced into trying to use their financing or get any add ons. The financing was reasonable but I just got a slightly better deal on my own and they were cool with it.
Highly recommend Alpha One if you're interested in getting a Ford.”
