Room was clean, pillows were terrible, plaster was peeling from ceiling on shower, freezer in refrigerator had old food encrusted in ice, made advance reservations upon arrival found that reservations were incorrect, check-in was frustrating, our checked in was in the afternoon and was not allowed into the lobby but in the night check-in space which was small and with barrier between us and desk lady made check-in even more frustrating

TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. GROSS. Woke up with bed bug bites EVERYWHERE. Demanded a refund but the manager wouldn't give us one. I showed pictures and evidence of bites and AND the bugs and he wanted to check for himself. He wouldn't give his bosses number for some reason. DO NOT stay here.

Can't make up their minds how much there rooms are,paid for three nights,came in that evening card wouldn't open door,went to the office best I could tell they said they didn't charge me enough(they don't speak very good English)should have got the room for what I was first

Omg....just spent the night..yuk. room reeked of cigarettes. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Ac worked good. BUT...BUD BUGS. My neck has bites all over. Wish my husband had read reviews before he rented our room. Never again will I stay

No amenities ..no breakfast ,no POOL-the pool is full of black green water ,do not use laundry... if you do your clothes will be destroyed.Room was clean ,no bugs ,we were on the second floor. We had to move even though I am disabled . They said the second floor is for long stay guests . Next door there was an elderly man who had to get up those stairs. Soda machine will steal your change.

I'll start by saying this is the only hotel I found during a blackout in a winter storm - we drove a few hours from Hutto. It was revealed quickly why they had vacancy. Their sign says no dogs but after seeing another dog on the property, I thought it was ok. The next night the lady from the front desk asked if I had a dog, I said yes, she said you owe me $20 from last night and $20 going forward. I am very lucky they were cool with it. There was mold on the shower curtain & ceiling in the bathroom, Crappy in-room coffee, what appeared to be knife marks in the sheets, unpleasant smell, very uncomfortable pillows (extremely lumpy & only 3 per wubed) and blankets (not soft or warm). Heater worked fine. No washer or dryer, no vending machines. TV is small and not adjustable. It's a jank hotel. Despite it being $84 + $20 per dog/per night. Will not be returning.
