“Loving the HT fitness in La Grange. My favorite HIIT equipment are the spin bikes and ellipticals. Tons of free weights and machines give me the needed flexibility to change up my workouts. This is a very clean facility, friendly, yet focused on “you” and your needs. I also love the extra room where you can sweat out the Beast or cool down and stretch with some modest privacy. To fight the Good Fight; we must be toned and ready. Be ready my friends!”

“My son has being going to the La Grange Unified Tae Kwon Do school for 7 years and he is now a second degree black belt. This has been an amazing experience for him. It has taught him so much and he has met really amazing people. It is a great sport to learn!”
