I get in line. The vehicle beside me was being waited on. They pulled off the lady over the intercom says “be with you in a little bit.” We hear her taking the order from the other lane again. They pull off. They start taking the next cars order (keep in mind there is only 2 lines). So I have been skipped twice. I call them while in line and they want to argue instead of address it. I literally pulled up to walk inside. There was a white suv behind me. I came out (after a short visit inside because nobody was in line) and the white suv pulled up beside me because she got tired of waiting as well and went inside. Poor management is at fault. Gave 2 stars because inside was quick.

The pharmacy service is great and especially with the friendly and competent employees working at the La Grange location. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

HEB in La Grange is so amazing. We especially enjoy the curbside delivery. They are 100% wonderful.

Ordered a cake from the La Grange H‑E‑B for my son’s birthday. I went this morning to pick it up and received the most horrible decorated cake ever!! Looking at the other cakes in the case, the ones with balloons had normal looking balloons. I received balloons that look like cat turds. Also the lady that was helping me was extremely rude and did not see a problem with the decorating of the cake.

Building under renovation. Aisle are not ADA, everything has been moved and left in a mess!
Wouldn’t choose to shop there but the only other grocery is Walmart.

Only ever had one bad experience with an extremely rude employee last year. But other than that, this pharmacy automatically applies discount coupons to higher priced medications and have a very calm, country sweetness vibe.

I came home with cooked crawfish and lobster from H‑E‑B. Tyler was the young guy who showed me how they cooked them and made the whole experience fun! Awesome lunch at home for Mother's Day! Thanks!

We had been using Bastrop HEB and we were very happy with them. They follow through with the doctors For personal reasons,My new Dr asked me switch to a closer location. Which is in La Grange. We immediately started having attitude problems with the pharmacy technicians. We use the on-line app to see if a scripts is ready or if they are "in process". When asked if they could transfer my meds orders to them the answer was " they would need to back it up " ?? What does that even mean? Amyway, I just so please do it . After 2 weeks someone finally put them through to La Grange. Now my husband has to put up with Ms. Rudeness in person when he goes to pick up meds for us. !? How great is that? I wish we had just stayed with the Bastrop H-E-B pharmacy. It's worth the drive.

Love HEB. The La Grange store is well laid out and the staff is always friendly. Produce is lovely and they often have local options too. If you're looking for something special - just ask!

This. HEB has to be the worst HEB that I have been in! First of all, if you need to find something especially after 7:00pm because their I'd no one to help you find anything! And second, thier selection is just horrible! But, of you want an HEB brand, they got plenty of that! Couldn't find Size D batteries, walked all over that store, no one to ask, so. I took Alse by Alse and finally found them on a end-cap! Very little Easter cards selection left. Cashiers & Sackers? Not friendly, no eye contact, little greeting.

I have been to a lot of different grocery stores in my time, and HEB is one that seems to be a decent one. I went to the one in La Grange, as it was pretty much the only true grocery store in the area (yeah, there is that other one attached to a big box store down the road, but it just isn't the same). Normally grocery stores have a certain layout, and while this store held somewhat true to that typical layout, the one thing it did not have was the standard dimensions. In this store the aisles are relatively short, but there are a bunch of them, which means that finding the right aisle for an item can be a bit tougher because of the way things are distributed through the store. You still have your various sections, like your meat department and your produce, though the deli was in a very odd spot at the front of the store with the access to it pointed away from the entrance to the store. I had to walk the whole way around the store before I was able to find the deli! The store is clean and decently lit, so finding what you need isn't a problem. Variety seemed to be there to some extent, though the deli didn't have any fried chicken which seemed odd to me... baked whole chickens, sure, but no deep fried chicken. Anyway, if you are looking for a grocery store in La Grange, I would say HEB is the place to go, and bypass that big box store down the road.
