All I can say is a disappointment. Im reading all these good things about them and said to myself well this sounds like a good place so I went to go get 2 tires rotated payment was $30 ok whatever I trusted the work, just to find out some how or another my ball joint messed up and because of that my wife comes home scared and said she almost wrecked cuz the breaks didn't work right. come to find out because of the ball joint vibrating the tire is the cause of it all. I call them back to let them know that the ball joint has an issue. the man who worked on switching my tires does not no what he is doing. lug nuts were loose and he didn't say anything about the ball joint that was not right. I seen it as soon as I jacked it up but a professional didn't. then maybe I should be working there and not him. tire had low pressure loose lug nuts messed up ball joint and someone almost wrecked ...and just to let y'all no not everyone get the same treatment as everyone else. that's a fact but I'll let y'all be the judge of this out come. be safe people.

Called in about my tire emergency gentleman said come on by not a problem. I get there and a woman told me they’re backed up for a few hours and even said I had to wait an hour just to get air in my tire… definitely not earning any business from me instead went down the street to rolling rescue tire where they had me in and out in 20mins !! Excellent service and highly recommend them only 1 block away

Service was great. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Tire pricing was good. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is that the tire was over filled with air. I suspect the technician ran the pressure up to seat the tire bead, then forgot to reduce the pressure to the proper psi.

just left from there super friendly group of people. came in with 2 bad tires got me rolling less than 20minutes! 10 out of 10 I recommend for service needs! next time I'm i pass through lunch will be on me!!

I went here for the first time to purchase a tire, and everyone was great and friendly. From the first phone call, I loved the customer service, and when I arrived, I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
