Sparklight provides fast and reliable internet service that is less expensive than some competitors. Customer service representatives are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making interactions quick and efficient. However, some customers find their packages somewhat pricey and have experienced issues with installation policies, such as routers being placed in inconvenient locations like the attic. While follow-up on problems can be inconsistent, many customers are happy with the service overall and would recommend Sparklight.
It was a waiting period on the installation date but all in all. The wait was worth it. The installation guy was very pleasant.

Friendly staff and are usually very helpful. My only issue is the constant fiber cuts that happen.

Amanda and her lead were incredibly helpful. I was having issues for weeks and then I got connected with Amanda. She got me fixed up right away 10/10 for going above and beyond. She is the reason I didn’t cancel.
