I have been with ACU credit Union for the past 10 years I don't think I would go anywhere I recommend ACU to anybody and everybody I can think of the tellers are nice they're cordial they greet you when you come in by your name which is uncommon your whole staff is great as I said I would never go anywhere else ACU will always be my bank

My experience wasn’t good @ th Texas City credit union, with Kristin the manager I assume. She wasn’t very helpful. She couldn’t answer my questions and I was becoming very frustrated. So I was referred by Cristyn who’s not there who referred me to Ms Makeisha in the Lamarque credit union. She was very very helpful. She had already searched my account and seen my issue. She explained to me rite off the back what was going on with my account. Ms Wright rocks t she is the bomb need more people like her in the union ?????????

I would like to let everyone banking , thinking about banking anything to do with banking know about two employees of this organization. Makiesha and Alicia have been nothing short of amazing! They represent the upmost respective professional examples of leadership. They straightened out some previous distain from an employee who should have took the initiative towards the pillars of the organization like these two. They made sure to present me with options and express a sincere appreciation for my business. To say the least they are model employees and I will definitely continue to let them and the bank service my community and personal needs.Shoutout to them and visit your local branch make sure they have Alicia or Makiesha smiling back at you. Visited LaMarque and Texas City locations.
