My grandson was visiting when his phone stopped charging. We stopped in an AT&T store to see if he could fix it. He told us a lot of info. about the phone but confessed he didn't know how to fix it. He gave us the address of an apple store in a local mall.

Confirmed 10am appointment with Christina the day before. Store opens at 10am. It’s 10:30 and still no one is there. Taking our business elsewhere.

Was greeted when I walked in by the only employee, she'd what I needed and told her I needed a new Sim mine was not working she confirmed this was possible. Waited 35min for her to finish with the other lady and then waited about 30 min for her to tell me I need to come back because she doesn't work here and can't find Sim cards. Waisted an hour when she knew why I was there from the beginning

Female Worker, I assume the manager, gets paid to sit there and do nothing. Had an issue not having service/needing to unlock my phone, she told me to call the customer service number despite myself not having service to do so. She told me there was nothing she could do within the store. Went to the 646 AT&T store and had a worker of only 7/8 months help me resolve my issue fully. As a T shareholder I hope that he is rewarded for his work effort and that she is terminated for being paid to sit in that store doing nothing.

Girl that answered the phone was rude and refused to say if they had a phone in stock. Just continued to say I would have to drive there and look myself.

This store definitely needs some new employees. They’re either rude or severely lacking knowledge in their field, been here 4 times and have NEVER had a good experience. Do better AT&T. If I’m paying $400 a month for service, I better get the service I ask for instead of a bunch of “I don’t knows” or eye rolling to a simple question.

Do not go in this store. You will end up with plan that did not ask for and phone bill that triple!!!!!

Shawnee was a tremendous help especially after calling ATT and holding a total of over 7 hours. Shawnee was GREAT and she is the BEST part of AT&T!!!
