Been coming to this location for about two years and have had only good experiences with this store.
But I had an outstanding experience yesterday with Marsha from pharmacy. I was with my toddler and he felt so inclined to share with Marsha details about his “owie” (a mosquito bite) on his leg. Marsha put a bandage on his owie and gave him some stickers. This little interaction made our day. Thank you, Marsha.

Went in to get my kids some allergy medicine I saw there was two workers talking outside I go in get the medicine get to the front and went to the self checkout they still talking they business I rung up my item and the worker needed to verify my age cause of the medication didn’t greet me but stood there til I paid like if I was gonna steal lol this is sad

Been filling Rxs with you guys since you originally opened. Your prices are outrageous, even using Good Rx. You have one I need up there rn for $22, which HEB has for $7. Transferring my business. Have a greedy day, man. Stay blessed!

Great shopping experience, prices within reason...the clerk(older lady) was very nice and understanding, very pleasant attitude. Need more workers like this everywhere to make you want to shop at a business!!!

Pharmacy staff is rude and uncooperative. After buying syringes for a prescription filled at another pharmacy for almost 5 years, all of a sudden the “pharmacy manager”, with no explanation says if your prescription isn’t filled there you can’t buy syringes. Ridiculous and the cashier in the pharmacy was rude for no reason. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused and said she was the acting manager. I’ll never set foot in this place or another CVS again.

JOHN OR LEONARD THE MALE EMPLOYEE THATS SHAVES OFF HIS EYEBROWS...HE IS LAZY AND TALKS SO BAD ABOUT THE STORE. HE CALLED IT GHETTO. He has been there awhile.The older lady that works the front all the time..is lazy and dosent know anything. Rhey are sooo lazy! While waiting in line John leonard aka John, let all the customers know all the stores around them are shutting down because its the ghetto lamarque and its they have been robbed. RIDICULOUS!

A pharmacy employee called me to ask if I wanted my prescription, and would I be picking it up today. I drove over there for pickup a few hours later when an employee informed me that it was too soon to fill the prescription and could offer no reasoning on why they called me in.

Today, New Years Eve, after I had already waited at urgent care at UTMB to get a prescription for my daughters eye infection, in which they had written a prescription that was not available with any pharmacy within 20 miles, EVERY pharmacy closing at 6pm, UTMB urgent care closing at 6pm things are becoming urgent and critical as everything will be closed tomorrow for Christmas, it is now past 6pm the pharmacist who was trying so hard to help me, to guide me into telling the nurses what I needed from them in order to fulfill a new prescription. She was soo amazing she stuck around until the new prescription showed up, when she didn't have to, she could see how distraught I was and she knew I would have no other options for treatment, she sacrificed her own time to be with her family to take care of mine, you can't ask for better service then that, there is no amount of money that can pay for that kind of compassion that was so desperately needed tonight. I was so worked up that I never caught her name, she knows who she is though, you were my angel tonight and I will forever be grateful to you. If you want a pharmacist/pharmacy/staff that will go above and beyond this is where you should be going.
