I enjoy shopping at this store because I can reach everything(I'm short) . The manager is extremely nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. I shopped there on Dec 10, 2 025 and one of my purchases was a box Queen Anne dark chocolate cherries. I opened it today, looking forward to a sweet treat. I sadly discovered all the cherries were melted and the filling had leaked out and collected on the bottom of the containers.. I ended up throwing the cherries away. I thought you might want to check the other boxes to receive a credit from the supplier. The UPC label is 43268 80003. Expiration date is Nov 17 2026(1395Y1)

Came to the store with my son just grabbing some food for us and this lady assumed my son was stealing and my son didn’t have pockets so how he stealing be fr he don’t even do that he always asks for what he want and the fact that she said that pissed me off then gone kick us out when it’s almost time for yall to close so I couldn’t get no food for us in this cold weather and I’m going to corrupt

The one cashier was amazing. The store manager, Molly, is the problem. I was in the store recently and there was 1 employee plus Molly there. The employee was out on the floor stocking and Molly was in the back room/office behind the registers. I know this because I stood at the registers waiting to check out for 30 MINUTES, Molly hollered from the back that she would be right out and NEVER CAME OUT!!! The employee working the floor had to come running up to assist me in checking out. The poor employee looked tired, overwhelmed, and overworked. As a store manager (for another company) myself, I feel for this employee. This behavior displayed by Molly was/is extremely unprofessional. I’m leaving the employees name out of this for fear of retaliation against said employee. I asked for the district managers number and was told by the employee that they were “not allowed” to have it. I have never in my management experience heard of a policy that prevents the employees from reaching out to higher ups or hr for concerns regarding their immediate managers. I feel as if Molly is hindering the employees right to reach out on purpose for fear of losing her own employment, which to be quite frank I feel she should.

All employees are excellent and friendly hard workers and Molly is exceptional I’ve been customer service industry for more years and I like to admit lol and she’s really good at what she does.
