I did my order over email and sent pics of the floral arrangements I had made to use for a vibe inspo and they did not disappoint. They were just perfect. The bouquets ended up looking like they were made with all the other floral decor that I had made for the wedding myself. Just perfect!”

“I’ve been buying flowers here for years. They’ve never no delivered the arrangements on time and the flowers have been beautiful. Recently I placed an order for some flowers to be delivered for Valentine’s Day. I received a call from someone at the shop to let me know that the flowers I ordered might not be the same type of sunflower as the one in th photo, but it would be sunflowers. The sunflowers she said would probably be in the arrangement would be larger and have dark centers. I was completely fine with his and feel like the alternative is better. The bottom line is that I appreciated them calling me to disclose that the flowers might not be exactly the same as the photo. That was a move that I respect and let’s me know I’m buying from a business that’s honest and looking after best interest of their customers.”

“I looked through several florist for an order I wanted to send for my son’s birthday. After researching several florists and reading reviews, I decided to go with a local nearby florist. The flowers were delivered on time! But, when my son sent me a photo and video of the flowers I was woefully disappointed. While the arrangement was not horrendous, it was not beautifully arranged as pictured online. I contacted the store after hours & the store manager called me the next day. He was extremely gracious and went above what was needed to rectify things. He even offered to pick up the old flowers and deliver new ones. To make that offer is outstanding customer service!
We aligned on him making a smaller arrangement and my son picked it up. The store manager contacted me the day my son was to pick up the arrangement and let me know the flowers were ready and even sent me a photo. He also called my son to let him know the arrangement would be there waiting on him whenever he got there that day.
This store CARES about their customers and they CARE about doing the right thing!! I would absolutely use them over and over!
