“I had a wonderful experience at EZPAWN, and Felicia provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process simple and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and would definitely come back. Thank you, Felicia!”
“Very knowledgeable staff, Alex and Connie both know their stuff, and Connie was super sweet, friendly and helpful. I haven't pawned an item before and she took the time to explain the whole process to me, and even taught me about how they test items to determine their value, so I understood I was getting a fair deal.
Compared to the staff at the Galveston location, who told me my item was fake and Connie explaining exactly how they authenticated items, they were just amazing. In short, avoid the Galveston Broadway location, and go here, because they actually know what they're doing. And special thanks to you Connie, you're a sweetheart!!”
“I mistakenly bid on an item they had on ebay. Right after I placed the bid I realized I couldn't use the item. I hoped I would be outbid but I wasn't and won it. I called and explained the situation to Fred and he was very helpful and understanding. He ultimately canceled the transaction so I wouldn't be charged for it. Thanks!”

“Let me just start off with this place is so much more than just a pawn shop, the workers, the ambiance of the shop, politeness and professionalism to the T. They greeted us with smiles and had more than an answer to every question we had. The jeweler in the shop is just truly a sweet heart, was more than intentive and was extremely knowledgeable about the jewlery they had! Overall phenomenal experience, 10/10 would and will come again!!”
