His shop is clean, filled with hard workers, and he took the time to decide fonts and gave his best advice for embroidery vs. print. I recommend him for personal work as well as mass production work because he showed examples of current projects and it's evident that they produce quality work. The majority of my packages are shipped using UPS and a small portion has been the other, USPS. Also, the USPS mail sent through this store has a higher chance of reaching its destination because it has less hands touching it.
The UPS store is the new USPS as far as I am concerned.

“The two UPS Representatives we're clearly having an extra busy day, but we're blasting through customers with the best attitude and with efficiency. Some expressed yes how busy their work environment was but also admiration for having an amazing boss.
Not once did they talk negatively about the owner and I was there during this busy time. You ma'am should be ashamed of yourself for lying upon these two young ladies who were just trying their best on the busiest day & IT WAS BUSY, ALOT for just two to handle.
Just a fun fact if you're shipping a regular letter around their closing time which is 6:30 your letter is not going to move until the next business day.
How about you Educate yourself before making public assumptions and trying to get too innocent UPS representatives in trouble over a piece of mail that was your fault for deciding to drop it off during closing time.
To the ladies who busted their ABSOLUTE BEHINDS off and gave THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thank you for all that you do and what you have to endure.
