I can’t tell you enough how helpful Woody has been throughout the whole process of renting my unit. There was several times that I needed assistance, and he came through every time with the most professional and courteous way of helping me, And I really appreciated that after what I had been through with my previous storage facility. Storage facilities clean but you can never find a cart (one per building maybe) if you're lucky or somebody's always using all of them at one time. And they will not invest in anymore because they say they're too expensive!

I had a great experience with Public Storage during my move. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, which made the whole process much less stressful. The manager, Woody, was outstanding very helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

They flooded our unit for months, ever notified us of the damage. We got extra insurance because of the value of the items that we were storing. Their AC broke and was leaking under the wall into our unit for what we can tell months. Our unit was a climate controlled unit too. We provided all the pictures and videos we could and they offered us $452 if I pay them a $100 application fee. We lost almost all of our deceased sons property and thousands of dollars in property. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND WANT IT PROTECTED FROM THE CLIMATE, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Save your money and go somewhere else. Trust me.
