My husband and I have been a long time customer. Lately, Sam's has been very disappointing. Long lines to order food. There never seems to be enough workers, especially during peak times (Saturday/Sunday afternoons). One soda machine has been down for 4 weeks. We asked why and the manager says they have to wait 30 days before it is a priority to fix because the other 2 machines were working. Well this weekend all the soda machines were broke. The main reason I like Sam's club is that they have great deals on tires. They often have buy a set of 4 for the price of 3 on certain brands they carry a few times through out the year. They also have great prices on alot of other stuff. Only store in the area that sells the new Cosmic Crisp hybridized apples I was looking for....as in the ones you eat; not the tech stuff.

I was there yesterday and took a sample of pizza from contractors that are serving. Girl namedBrittany was so rude because I took a piece from 2nd row she scolded me in front of customers. I put it back and she grabbed it and threw it in trash and said I had contaminated it. I was humiliated and embarrassed for the way she talked to me. I reported her to her manager. He was not apologetic just a thank you for telling him. I will never go to this store again. I have been a Sam’s customer for 27 years and never have I been treated in this manner.

Why have I not reviewed this place yet?? I love my local Sam's! They have everything I need here and it's easy to get into compared to the other Sam's down the way. Staff is friendly, place is always clean. The only thing I don't like is the new self scanning kiosk they added. I like when the cashiers are there better. They also stopped serving Nathan hotdogs at the food stand. That came really handy during Harvey! I've also noticed they started selling a lot more of the Member's Mark brand wine. It's not bad but I prefer the old ones they used to sell. But these won't stop me from coming back. Love my Sam's!

Omg, they suck! They have no idea what they are talking about. We have a flat tier, they sent us someone who could not even hear properly and rambled random things. In the end, we have to ask again and again if they can fix it, and they said no after wasting our time and air in the tier. So incompetent, lazy, and clueless!

I used the pickup kiosk outside and waited 20 minutes. I came inside and they acted like they didn't know I was there. I looked at the otems I ordered and they were wrong. 4:30 PM now on 29 November 2018. 3 people behind the counter helping one person at a time. I was just informed that the person working the curbside dept isn't at the counter. Going to get the stuff myself

Standing in line at the member services for 15min they only have one person working and there is a line. the other lady that was helping just all of a sudden said oh she's going to help you guys I'm going on my break. .... Ok with 8 people in line ....

I am in LOVE with this Sam's Club -- although that I have to argue that to me, it lies in Texas City and not La Marque. I stopped going to the Friendswood location due to the aisles always being sparse, lackluster customer service, and I could never find what I set out to buy. the truth is the Friendswood location has gone down hill. My search for a specific item led me to the La Marque location and I am so glad it did! This seems to be a newer location but the people working here make you feel like it's been here forever. It's super clean and very well stocked. It is smaller compared to others around town but they don't lack anything that those other stores have. I love that this is an in-and-out experience (cashiers are working multiple lanes) making it an efficient shopping trip. The staff and the well kept store justify my 13 mile drive to this store.... Keep up the great work, Sam's!

This was a four star review but two stars deducted for the least friendly Sam's/Walmart checkout I've met. And that's a pretty low bar to miss. I am pretty sure she thought her face would break apart if she smiled. Wouldn't scan the heavy few items in the bottom if a cart because "she" had to transfer them to a cart. She didn't. Husband had to. Epically horrible service.

I currently have a membership through my employer but have had a private or work membership for over 20 years ... I had a cart full of items and tried to check out and they said my companies membership had expired .. I had to go to customer service l.. She was not polite .. She questioned who I was and said "are you sure you are on this account?" Well duh there is my card with my picture on it you gave me. I tried to call my CEO to see if I could just pay it with my company credit card but he did not answer . I asked for a day pass just for that day since our company has had a membership for over ten years and I was sure it was just an oversight by accounting . She refused and told me I had to purchase a $45 personal account to buy my items .. I had a full cart .. I had been shopping 45 minutes lol.. Seriously?????? Chalk this up to why I go to Costco 99.5% of the time .. Today I was just supper busy and went to this place instead .. Just rude and stupid customer service I ended up buying a personal membership on my iPhone and then checking out using the scan app.. Be as rude as you want lady .. Your job will be obsolete in 10 years
