Never order off of their app or customer service!! If it’s not in the store, don’t buy it. We bought a pool off the app, and they sent us 2 incomplete pools! I cashed to complain and they’re out of stock of ask pumps and ladders!? Then why sell it and not take it off the market? We did this for my sons birthday party this weekend. No i get to tell my 5 year old he can’t swim. Ask they offered was a refund and a $50 gift card. Refunds take up to 2 weeks. Then the guy on the phone tried to blame it on FedEx. No buddy that one is on y’all, yall pack up the products. Not FedEx. I have 4 days to come up with something now. Just wow. Completely unacceptable Sam’s Club

Two of our vehicles received "bad gas" 87 octane from Sam's within the last 2 weeks. On one of the vehicles we flushed out the fuel system and started using Buc-ee's gas now, it's back running normal. The other vehicle is currently at the dealership due to the engine light coming on due to the issue.

The cheapest gas hands down I just wish the workers would go tell people who come in the wrong way that they can't do that anymore. We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps
