“Tom did a great job assisting me with my reservation for vehicle storage. He is polite, informative and took his time to explain my options for storing my truck and how the dates/length of my truck’s stay in storage would effect the price of the lease for the space. I received the application for lease and information regarding the lease in my email right away and Tom offered to stay on the phone with me until off the electronically sent documents arrived. Excellent job!”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Alex who assisted me as we walked around the property looking at various units. At first I was uncertain about the size but Alex went out separately from me, (after showing me at least three units) and found just the right size, and so therefore my experience was wonderful; he also assisted me with my phone information and signing the contract. He's an awesome guy, and I'm looking forward to my storage experience at istorage.”
“I haven't purchased anything as of yet.. but my initial meeting with Mr James was absolutely great he even stayed after hours to talk with me and and answer questions i had. the deals they work out seem really good. The couple of sheds I checked out in person seemed really solid and nice from what I could tell.. if I get one, I will update this review further. But as far as customer service this gentleman Mr James is hands down better than 5 stars. If I'm able to get one. It will be from here..”

Additionally he made me aware of how the insurance works and how to contact should I have any problems on the road. The facility was well-kept up and one of the nicer U-Haul rental places I have visited. I would highly recommend them if you need to rent trailers/trucks.”
“I have not had any problem with my unit nor the management. Its inexpensive and easy. I do have an issue of not being able to access my storage space past 7pm. It makes it very hard to get anything in and out of storage or just rearrange my space. I've been with this unit for over 6 yrs. I think we should be able to access our space at anytime.”
