I go through here for doordash. I bring my dog with me and they always give my dog a pup cup. She really enjoys them. She never had one before they gave her one. Wiggles says thanks!

I am new to the area and have been visiting this location frequently . They give pup cups to dogs. I never heard of this before, it's wonderful. During evening hours, the asst mgr Chase, is who has taken care of our ice cream& drink orders makes them perfect.. . I listened to him as he trained a new employee. he was very thorough,hands on and patient. He also was very friendly to us every time we ordered and came to window to pay for & pick up food , helped me understand the differences of something I struggled ordering for my friends. just gives off a good energy with wonderful customer service. I also have had good experiences during daytime hours with another male employee,I think he too is MGMT, I'm not sure if his name, he is the one who introduced me to the pup cups! He is nice too. Nothing bad to say about this SonicParking: It's a car hop and drive thru servicing restaurant. Truthfully I've never paid attention if there's tables to sit at outside . But there's definitely enough parking space

After placing the order for two combos on the app I was told they didn't have onion rings. Okay I get that but after waiting over 30 minutes (after the time it said it would be ready) watching drive thru moving I had to leave never getting my food. Employee was on her phone when I got out to ask about my order, that was the final straw.

I moved to the area about 8 months ago and have been there a total of 3 times. Every single time without fail something in the order is wrong. They forget cheese on the tots, cheese on the burger. Ask for vanilla in 1 of 2 Cherry Limeades and they put it in both. Why is this so difficult? I wish there were better food options close by but I will be driving further out to order food.

Went in late at night and there was only me and someone else in stalls. I ordered two shakes but despite the emptiness of the place it took them 25 minutes for them to finally make my shakes. I say finally because i watched them do nothing in that time and one of them smoked something by a window.Then when i finally got my shakes they didnt even give me the correct ones not to mention they over filled them so they spilled in my car when i tried to remove them from my cupholders.Really dont know what happened as this place used to be somewhat decent to get a sweet treat late at night but now even that seems impossible...
