Walked in with the intent to buy a new drz400sm. Told the sales guy I wanted $7500 OTD and its sold. He comes back an advertised price increase from $7300 to $7800 and out the door at $9500!! I laughed and refused then walked out. The funny part is that had I not gotten jacked around I was gonna add in a new Honda Navi for my wife!! Now I know why its called ManSCREWso!!

I contacted Team Mancuso about a week ago and began the process of purchasing a new 2023 BMW K 1600 GTL Grand America for about $26000 roughly. Just out of curiosity I thought I would get an estimated trade-in value of my 2011 BMW R 1200 RT. After sending photos and the Vin number and all the necessary information I was told by Matt the salesman I was dealing with that the trade-in value of my motorcycle was $2500-$3000. So I felt like that was a way undervalued estimate and did some checking real quick. I went to Kelley Blue Book and put in my information and immediately got a Trade in value of $6670 and Private Sale List Value of $9510. I felt like I should give Team Mancuso the benefit of the doubt and see if Kelley Blue Book was accurate as far as Mancuso's pricing goes on their inventory. So I listed all the info for the 2023 K 1600 GTL Grand America that I am purchasing from them, and the list price that Kelly Blue Book listed is $26285. So, as far as Kelley blue book goes, Team Mancuso is completely accurate in regards to the price of their motorcycle, but in their opinion Kelly Blue book is completely wrong as to the price of my motorcycle.. Fruit for Thought. Lol Obviously, I decided not to trade in my RT 1200. I am blessed with the opportunity of not being in a position to have to settle and trade my motorcycle for a very undervalued price. I'm sure that many people do not have that luxury. Continuing on, I got everything arranged to go to Houston today from my home in Victoria Texas, close to 200 miles away and finalize the deal and ride my new 1600 home. I texted Matt about 10 AM before we left Victoria to let him know we were on our way. My wife and I both have businesses and we had to make arrangements to be away from our work this day to go pick it up, which is difficult for both of us. We made it to Houston and walked in the dealership and immediately Matt informed us that he just found out there is a recall on a fuel line hose clamp and they put a stop sale on the motorcycle so I would not be able to take it home with me today. I'm sure you can imagine how disappointed I was then that disappointment turned to anger because I could not believe that I did not get a phone call immediately when they found out about this recall to save me a trip to Houston. Mat told me that he just found out about it and there was nothing they can do about it until next week Tuesday or Wednesday. I might be able to go get it. Before I go into what they offered for my inconvenience, I would like to state that out of my frustration after we left, I made a few phone calls to other dealerships and ironically, I talked to a man that's a friend of mats, and he told me that he informed Mat himself at about 10 o'clock this morning about the recall. I can't imagine that anybody from another dealership would just make something like that up so I felt pretty confident his information was accurate. Having discovered this, I was even more angry because I was not giving the courtesy of a phone call before I left Victoria to make a long trip there and back for nothing I don't know about other people, but my time is valuable and so is my wife's and we were just robbed of this day and at this point right now I really don't quite understand why I'm not sure that I will ever get a truthful answer. The sale was already done. I was going there to pick it up and ride it home. It's not like he was gonna lose a sale over it the recall pertain to all motorcycles of that Vin category. The only thing that I can possibly conclude is that he was maybe hoping that he could get it resolved before I got there. I think it's really odd that I've been working on this sale for the last three days and they just discover on Saturday there's a recall and stop sale. I think somebody really dropped the ball here and I am the one that has to suffer. Hello, this is Joe R, the new owner of a fish pro trophy.I want to extend a thank you to Mr. Lake as well as the great assistance he provided, Mr. Lake wasn't arrogant or pushy and said he would be a straight shooter with me and he was.Mr Lake answered my question and basically had me sold over the phone with the info and pictures he provided.I would certainly recommend contacting Mr. Lake or Team Mancuso if you are possibly thinking of purchasing any of the personal water craft as they were great to work with.

Review doesn’t reflect necessarily the dealership at hand but getting parts or getting anything fixed is an absolute nightmare. Polaris is not the company you want to go to when it comes to reliability. I waited to make this review but could not stop getting 4 texts a day asking how my experience has went with my purchase of a $36,000 machine. As I write this it is still at the shop “waiting on parts.” Mancuso please stop sending me 4 texts a day asking how my experience has gone.

I purchased a Can AM Defender Max XT through Jonathan and Shelby two weeks ago. They knew I was heading out of town for several weeks on vacations and they made the experience as quick and effortless as you could want! Additionally, Jonathan’s knowledge of the units specs were a huge plus. Thank you for your time and working with us.

Customer experience is bar none! An employee came by my house at 9p to resolve an issue (minor but an issue). Fast kind service from the mancuso family was above and beyond. These guys are the best!!! I wouldn't service my bike anywhere else even if I was paid to. I live on Galveston island and have my bike serviced with Jared and his top notch team of mechanics. They love what they do and it shows. They treat everyone with kindness and make sure you know what's going g on every step of They way so you never wonder what's going on. Like I said I wouldn't service my bike anywhere else!!!! Absolutely trust them all with my bike and it's my only transportation. Thanks again Jared and team for another awesome job taking care of my needs!!!

Update!! I brought my slingshot to this location for a new battery and oil change... I got a phone call and was told my clutch was not working.... I did not understand because it was working when I got it towed... With that being said I only have a lil over 1300 miles on my slingshot!!!!! The total was gonna cost 3400 plus taxes.... Everyone said no something is wrong there is no way!!!! So I got my slingshot from this place and took it to another place!!! And LORD N BEHOLD WHY WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SLUNG SHOT BUT FLUID!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THANK GOD FOR HOUSTON MOTOR SPORTS ... THEY SAVED ME!

Salesman was literally smoking inside the shop, and additionally, some of the employees (not all) gave attitude when trying to talk about a predicament that’s occurring. There’s nothing that can justify as we never gave any attitude to begin with. The mechanics do terrible jobs as well; took my ski to another place and they left it running better than before compared to the service provided at this location, where we ended up paying more than a grand just for it to be in the same condition.

My wife and I purchased a boat from this location and accessories to go with. The boat was incomplete and the accessories, which were supposed to arrived within 2 weeks, have yet to arrive and it’s been nearly 2 months. When we’ve called to inquire about the parts we paid for, we’ve been lied to, yelled at, and belittled. The manager has literally yelled at my wife. This place will steal your money, stay far far away.

Would recommend staying away from this dealership at all costs. We bought a Seadoo Pontoon from this location and accessories to go with almost 2 months ago. As of now, we have still not received everything we bought and when we’ve asked where our items are, we’ve been lied too, given different stories, and yelled at. I’m at the point where I’m going to handle it with my bank’s fraud department to get my money back. There is a culture here of being incredibly rude to customers, the manager has literally yelled at me for inquiring about items I paid for.Find another toy store, this one isn’t the one.

Mancuso will intentionally screw you with dealership prices - I got a quote for a repair that was over $7,000 for basic parts. Instead of paying, I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took it to Gene's Polaris who quoted me under $1,000 for the same exact thing - do not waste your time doing business with this company. I was charged $400 for a "repair quote" from Mancuso for the Can Am that was partially damaged and then I was told they could not put it back together. I brought the broken down Can Am and parts that were torn off to Gene's Polaris and they had 0 problem putting it back together and tremendous customer service. I would recommend driving an hour out of your way to avoid doing business with this place
