Great customer service from Jessica Galvan. Solved my business debit card issue fast and efficiently so much so, that I opened a personal account. I’m very pleased with how pleasant, caring and charming she was with me. Highly recommend her and this bank.

I did not realize that not being a customer that I couldn't use the drive through and the bank had just closed... Joshua was kind enough to get it approved by his manager... and that customer service will have me back in to open an account soon
