absolutely the same as Ms. K review. and its said you cant get ahold of them on the phone and the email i sent has yet to be replied to. this information should be relayed to the customer because i am almost past my return window and i have $100 dollars worth of returns that are unaccounted for!

I will never use this location again. There is always an issue with the timing of packages being returned. I took items in 3 days ago to be returned and they haven’t been officially scanned and registered in their system as a return. Today I found out that their computer system is offline and the items will not appear as officially scanned as a return until their system is back online which who knows when that’ll happen. I’m frustrated that this was not communicated at the time of drop off because I would’ve informed the merchant or took my items to another location. Poor communication… y’all need to do better.

Jordan is amazing!! She is so sweet and great at everything. Truly love the customer service at this location! Fyi Jordan loves White Mocha Frappuccino from Starbucks if anyone wants to treat her…..

Jordan was unhelpful and could use some training in customer service. I went in to return some Amazon packages and she kept telling me my labels weren’t useful in HER system. I then asked about my second package and she said it needed to be boxed up and I asked if they had anything there she said “I’ll be more than happy to SELL you a box” I get the boxes aren’t free but it was her rude tone of voice.

Dropped off package on Saturday to be delivered by next Wednesday via post office. Checked on Thursday and package was still at store. Called store and they confirmed the package was still there never left. Went to the store and they refused to give my $32.00 back clerk thru box at me and yell get out and don't come back! You don't have to worry will never come to your store again! You would be better to give your package to trash man at least it will leave the street!

The young lady at your gulf freeway store is a credit to your company. I had a very large package to be shipped. She helped me inside with it and was professional and efficient. She deserves a raise.

I dropped off my packages at this ups location and was delivered on time..
They even used bubbles to pack my dad's fragile goodies.. I'm so impressed with the care and attention they gave me while I was in store.
The staff was so keen and attentive. I would definitely go back to this store for all my shipping needs. Mostly lots of parking space and ? friendly staff. Amazing place!
