Crystal Snider the so called "GM" is a straight up bit*h. I tell her the front doors locked, I'm out here waiting on someone and would like to get my propane filled Called asking for propane and she goes "if someone's available, then proceeds to hang up on me. Who tf does she think she is treating someone this way. This place is BS and U-Haul wtf is your problem letting people treat customers this way?

I usually get propane tanks refilled here. But no more. I stopped 3 days in a row and day 1 no one was there qualified. Day 2 and 3 the sign says they'll be back later. You may get more for your money but it's super inconvenient

We stopped in to see about getting our propane tank filled since we were told they were doing that. We asked about new tanks and man working said they were out so my husband asked about just refilling since we did have a tank we could fill. The worker said "I SAID WE WERE OUT" and rolled his eyes and walked away. That is not how you treat customers. Definitely won't be back to this location if this is how employees are allowed to treat people.

I’ve rented a climate controlled locker here for almost ten years. Rent paid on time! They took it upon themselves to open my locker. Rifle through my belongs and place anew lock Not one call! Not one letter!I asked the desk clerk for help, she was super polite and helpful UNTIL some power tripping degenerate interjected himself in her effort to help. He was less than professional less than informative flat out LIED for no reason! They call, write & email about everything else but decided that going into a locker and changing a lock didn’t warrant that courtesy. Nothing is secure here! Made me get a button to open the gate... why when the fence is wide!?!

Crystal was absolutely amazing. Super kind and patient while we worked through the checkout steps for my 20 ft truck. She took the time to explain each step to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. My experience with this location was phenomenal. One concern I did notice—when I initially made my reservation, I chose a location in League City. I was supposed to receive a confirmation phone call the day before pick-up. I heard nothing; no phone call, text, email. I had to call the League City store to ask them to confirm my pick-up for the next day, and that was when they decided to tell me I would actually pick up my equipment from the La Marque location. I'm glad I called, as it would have been a wasted Uber trip to the wrong store. Nonetheless, Crystal was AWESOME and more than made up for this slight mishap.

Stole money from our account three times, changed the times out and in, changed the contract 4 times since returning the vehicle, did not even look over vehicle for a whole day after dropping it off and now trying to charge for a scratch, gave us a paid in full receipt then tried to charge $1500 extra on crazy charges after agreeing to waive mileage and additional days since they actually charged the card three times not put the amount on hold, which is their stated and widely known policy... which put my acct at basically zero and I lost a $5000 month contract. The employee there is a guy who has a serious complex and he even charged the three additional charges after i left!!!! Now even though they say they do not charge a deposit, they are saying the paid in full receipt which said paid in full for 14 days to now it is a deposit.
