Trash, my package was out for delivery at 0944 & then at 7 pm, they rescheduled it but customer service has no idea why. It was one day shipping. Of course, this happened on a Friday & they don't deliver on Sat, so just screw me, I guess.

Can not thank UPS enough for all of their efforts to find my bearded dragon who was delayed in his delivery. Everyone there went above and beyond to find my little guy and to have him delivered safely to me . Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart I appreciate all of you ♥️

I own Barbed Reptiles, LLC and I have to ship my bearded dragons overnight to their new homes. Unfortunately and rarely mishaps happen and they get delayed or lost. This UPS store Rebecca and Adam their team went above and beyond along with my personal representative, Kodi B. to find one of my missing dragons for one of my customers. It's crucial these babies aren't stuck in transit and this team went above and beyond to find him. I am forever grateful they felt the urgency to bring this little guy home.

They could do better. Online hours say until 5. You get there, there's a posted sign that says "4:30". Front desk eager to help men that walk in. Attitude indifferent when it's [you] if that makes sense lol

I was upset with my shipment not being delivered to my home. Very frustrating moving into a new subdivision and the address not being deliverable when I have ordered before.I gave them a five star because UPS called me right after I had called the company I was having issues with it being delivered from.Adam from LaMarque took control of the situation and made it a smooth process to get my product.

Our package was delivered to the wrong address & my husband was told it was left in the bushes! Really? At the wrong address! Our street numbers are on our mailbox so I really don’t understand how someone can make this mistake! It’s not the first time either. Why doesn’t the delivery drivers take photos of where the packages are left? This is completely ridiculous! ?

I've been waiting all day Saturday for my package and now to find out I won't receive it until Tuesday because supposedly they attempted delivery and they probably aren't working the Labor Day holiday. This is very frustrating.

So they’re basically not even attempting to deliver my package and just keep changing the delivery date to the next day. No one is helpful on chat or on the phone. I need someone to contact me ASAP regarding my package. It’s literally your job to deliver packages and you can’t even do that.
