I scheduled an Appt to have my car vehicle checked out due to ( Check Engine Light ) . I spoke to Joe that setup my scheduled appointment which was very professional, and curious and welcoming. James greeted me on my arrival with a warm smile and Awesome experience of the business and customer service. I received updates as I waited in the lobby on the progress of my vehicle. The owner Chris was welcoming to me , I felt very comfortable with holding conversation in General! I had the best car care experience at the LaMarque Velocity Center location ever! This is a One of the Kind business, thank you Velocity family for taking such good care for me . ✅✅🥳🥳

I needed to have a maintenance check for our Civic automobile. When I discovered Velocity automotive I took it there and am so happy that I did. Not only were they courteous, the service exceeded my expectations. They provided photos of each of the items checked and emailed them to me for reference purposes. There was no hassle at all and made my wife and me feel like we were valued customers and we didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for the service provided. Velocity will be our future place to meet our automotive needs. Thank you Velocity.

Excellent customer service. My vehicle was under warranty from an another dealership. Velocity made the repair and fixed the warranty parts and extended the warranty to 3 years or 36,000 miles. I am very pleased with the service and the staff.

My experience was very disappointing. I took my son's car in and now its not running. Its sitting in the parking lot rotting away after getting an oil change, new tires and a wheel alignment. That car will not even start.

My rating is zero negative. I have been waiting 3 months for a part that always arrives in 2 weeks. They always say they order it and then I go to another person and start the process.
