I went to Walgreens inside and asked to get a prescription filled. A nice lady at the counter told me it would cost something like $183 or there abouts, I told her I couldn't afford that and started to turn away to leave, but this lady said let me try something, and she then told me it would only be $22 and some odd sense. I was wowed by her help.

Negative 4 stars....beware the employees will steal your medication...went to go pick up my medicine one particular medicine was NOT in the bag but they rang it up as if I picked it up...called them back and they are calling me a liar and they refuse to do inventory...they said the cameras showed them put it in the bag...they called me back 5 min later...you don't have time to look at the cameras in 5 min....I will be calling the corporate office...worst customer service ever...I will be filing a police report on the short skinny black girl

Mohammed Ahmed refused to fill a prescription because he claimed the doctor was out of area. The doctor is located in Houston 20 minutes away from the Walgreens location. The manager in the morning that I spoke with said that she would have the medication in stock and to call back. Clearly, Mohammed is not understanding company policy and is discriminating which keeps patients from getting their medication. There are life-threatening conditions involved. I have filled prescriptions from my Houston doctor in Seabrook and Webster, without any sort of issue. For some reason, the Lamarque location has their own set of rules and refuses service to customers at their discretion, which is not legal if it is based on discriminatory judgment. Avoid this location at all costs. They will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will receive proper reprimand if not worse. Big mistake.

Always a hassle trying to get prescriptions here. Hard to get someone to answer the phone too.

I've called 3 times and the pharmacy has left me on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. Then they hang up. What a sorry service

This place is sad!!! One lady that works in the pharmacy messed me up so bad! She called me and told me I didn’t have any available scripts on my meds when I had 2 days left and 2 refills available!So because of her action!! I’ve had to go back and forth from my mail order to them all DAY!! Just to oh boy be on the phone with my insurance company now!!Thank you to the one employee that needs to be retrained or go somewhere else!I hope I don’t ever have to use this pharmacy again!

I just recently moved here to this area so I am a Walgreens Pharmacy fan, but this one lady named Kristen who was at drive thru around 7:25pm was very rude. I asked Kristen to give me the name of the medicine that was not covered under insurance so I can give her the coupon or if she can help me look it up like most pharmacist does for their customers. Not Kristen she rolled her eyes tells me she can write it down but not look it up. I asked pharmacist before usually looks it up or we compare. She tells me she cannot & I'd have to go back of line with her rude facial features & Very combative demeanor. Clearly she isn't not your top employees but she is at the bottom. Then I has to go to back of drive thru line. So I look up the Good RX coupon and I'm confused due to ML not matching. So I didn't want to be treated like that again by your employee Kristen so I went inside. I and my mother have Covid so I went inside to state my complaint on Kristen to an associate but I'm sure Kristen won't bat an eye. She needs coaching on customer service and maybe being smart when telling ppl who have Covid and go to back of line in drive thru or to go inside. I waited patiently before getting treatment like that. I didn't want to go inside but I'm not going to be treated like that by some young women who isn't great at her job or can't handle the pressure.. She is rude and very unprofessional.

I’m all for safety so if your employers are going to wear gloves when helping customers they need to be practicing sterility. Don’t help a customer that is being tested for Covid and handle that sample with one pair of gloves and turn around and continue to help another customer without changing gloves and sanitizing ever single surface you touched with said gloves on. It defeats the purpose of the gloves.

If I could give negative stars for this store, I would. After being put on hold SIXTEEN TIMES and waiting a total of a half hour, I gave up. In person service is no better. Lucy has a serious attitude problem and should legitimately be fired for her behavior towards patients/customers. I love going through the drive through JUST so she can ridicule ME for things they have screwed up. If there is a prescription problem or it is out of stock, they will not call you. You will just be screwed. Go here at your own risk and good luck.Also note that the vast majority of 5 star reviews on this store have no comments on them and should be considered suspect.

I tried to call them on a Wednesday about 3:30pm. I had 2 employees placing me on hold over and over. I was on hold for 49 minutes while watching TV and finally gave up. I will never have anything filled at Walgreens ever again. We have to many choices to put up with this crap. I hope this store gets shut down permanently. Total incompetence.

Pharmacy and pharmacist are very rude! Horrible staff except for maybe one tech. Save yourself the stress and get your rx's filled elsewhere!

Im not one to leave bad reviews but i am livid right now and need to vent. No Stars!! This Walgreens is the WORST ever. I have been trying to get through to someone for the past 5 hours . I hold for over an hour, someone picks up the phone and puts me on hold then hangs up the phone!! This happened 3 times today! This is always the case at this Walgreens .. They need more staff and definitely BETTER customer service.
