These people working at the pharmacy do not have a care for people's life ,I've been on BP medicine for many years & can't go without it .they never can have it filled when it's due .always a problem ,now I have to go without it since my dr. Can't call in refill due to my insurance changing & having to wait for my appt.with new dr. five days away !! &If they would of just done it when they was supposed to I would not be in this situation. they never answer their phone from 6 - 7 pm everyday just let it ring .if they don't like their job they should go somewhere else ! Messing with ppls. Lives like they do is wrong !!! How can they get away with this I don't know .they have an excuse for everything & want to put the blame on insurance Co. Or customer .They are the most rudest lazy ppl. I've have ever had to deal with .!!!

Best pharmacy I've been to in the area. I've been here many times. It's always relatively fast and everyone is friendly. I had an issue with my insurance once, and they cleared it up within a few minutes. For those leaving bad reviews, go to Kroger in TC. You'll come running back to Walmart.

Calling and they pick up phone and never answer. I can hear conversations and on hold for more than 15 minutes to check on a prescription

I have had the same prescription since I was a child for a certain medication; I just moved from Webster to La Marque and the lead pharmacist will not fill my prescription because she does not feel comfortable filling it even though I have picked it up at another walmart location within the last few months. It is completely ridiculous that she expects me to go to a pharmacy that I do not even live close to any more and refuses to fill it at a location that is literally right down the street from my new address.

Communication is poor with customers and doctors. Twice I had to reach out to the pharmancy for long delays and then to the doctor myself to fill scripts for my Dad. When the pharmacy is supposed to do it . I dread coming here. Wish customer service was better overall in most places though.

We had UTMB call in prescription for are son just released today and when we called to check status they said it was unavailable but never contacted us or Doctor. Then told us they would check nearby locations but never called us back and this was 20 minutes before they closed now we're in panic mode and calling emergency room to see what arevoptions are. This is a way too serious matter for La Marque pharmacy to drop the ball. Totally uncalled for. Sincerely, Parents of Mark Bagley (prescription customers name)

All together will be 3 trips to straightened out a mistake made by their employee.Also 4 phone calls. Two of which the Pharmacy Manager called me to say their employee made a mistake and didn't charge me enough so now I have to make another trip in to pay Again.Extremely disappointed and unhappy with this Pharmacy.
