Dallen went out of his way to assist me at the LaMarque store this evening. I couldn’t find the maraschino cherries. I asked if he happened to know where they might be. He stopped what he was doing and took me to the shelf where they should have been. It was empty.He then took me to another area where there was an end cap with several jars. I certainly appreciated his time. That extra effort saved me from making another trip later this week.

Worst customer service ever. You can never get any assistance in the family planning department. Aside from the store being super messy, with many items being half way open with stolen contents, the employees can't be bothered to help with anything. We were about to ask an employee for help, but she rudely cut us off saying, "I don't have the key!" and ran off without getting us any help from someone who does. We stood there for 15 minutes pressing the "need assistance" button for family planning. When nobody came to help, we left to get our Plan B from CVS. Will never be going there for items that are locked behind a glass because we won't be getting the help we need anyway.

I can't stand Walmart. I used to get everything from there until they started booting big trucks. They don't need this truckers money. I noticed that I didn't save much anyway as opposed to shopping at H.E.B. and H.E.B. will check out my groceries for me. And it's cleaner

Dont use the pick up service!!!! It took me over ONE hour to get ONE item that I ordered. I asked if I could just get it since I was there with my invoice and ID, they said that being on a car was essential. People cutting in line, they NEED to do BETTER!!! What’s wrong with the staff or managers? So many pick up spots and hardly anyone working that area. Shame on you Walmart, but thanks for teaching me to never use that service anymore.

Avoid curbside pick up from here. Worst system ever. Takes forever and only so many spots. You'll be waiting hours if it's raining.They made it so that almost every register is self checkout, but still want to check receipts at the door. If they are that worried about theft, don't have so many self checkouts! Problem is they have convinced people that self checkout is a good thing. They've made the customers do the work, all while the customer is paying more for the products than before self checkouts were here. Those savings aren't passed down to the customers, just fat wallets getting fatter.

Walmart "Curbside Pickup" has gotten ridiculous. They delivered my groceries NOT BAGGED.! The young lady asked "Sir did you really not want your items bagged.?" I waited while she bagged them and felt bad for her. Also when is NOT bagging wet items not needed. Bought 2 gallons of Milk that was not bagged, sweating all over my floorboard. I don't want a sour milk smell in my vehicle.Does anyone know if Kroger or HEB care about their customers enough to BAG WET ITEMS.??? PS: assume where all wanting our groceries bagged because I can't fathom people caring single items in their homes and with the cost these days I'm not gonna bring bags and Bag my groceries in the parking lot. How ridiculous.!

Resa in the automotive area is so very helpful and kind. The prices are great compared to most other oil change locations and the fact that they open up at 7 AM is a plus!

I will never step foot in this walmart again the man at the door tried saying I stoled dog food and cat food and I told him I didn't have receipt cause I don't need it and plus the stuff couldn't even get returned to walmart and than he tells me go to customer service with him and than he was looking in my purse asking what all that stuff in my purse and I told him he don't have rights I turned my basket around and left out the door horrible horrible man he needs to be fired

A very clean and organized Walmart. Fully stocked. Very polite and attentive staff. I was definitely 'wowed' upon entering. Definitely not something that has ever happened or been the slightest thought in my travels at a Walmart. Thank you!

idk if its where its located or the people in the area but this walmart is ran thru half the stuff your looking for isnt in stock or stolen already empty packages everywhere..only place that tapes up a frozen pizza and puts it back in the freezer after someone returned them..?

Horrible service every time I have to come to the customer service desk. The lady before me returned something with no receipt and no bar code. Then it was my turn and I was told that the policy states that the customer has to has a receipt or a barcode. The product I was returning was not in stock at this location so I provided the upc code from the website and was told that I couldn’t return my product not even for store credit. I was met with nothing but attitude from not only the worker but the yellow badge (CSM?) as well from the beginning of the whole process. I worked with Walmart about 2 years ago at a different location and we could use UPC codes for returns for store credit without the receipt or box/tag and when I mentioned this I was told that the policy had change exactly 2 years ago when I left the Walmart location I worked at. I know policies do change but to be told that the policy conveniently changed right as I stopped working with the company is complete ludicrous. I went to the Walmart in the next city and was able to complete my return with no problem without the receipt or box. So the “company policy” changed at just 1 location but not at the next location 25 minutes away? That seems more like these 2 employees just didn’t want to do their jobs than a conveniently timed company policy change that was only in effect at this 1 store.

Got into it with the man at the door about my receipt. My wife had already put it away in her purse and as we were walking out he stepped in front of my cart and asked for my receipt and we argued and eventually I told him to remember every single time one of these altercations happen a customer gets richer, police look like fools on the internet, and people start getting fired. The other guy that had walked up during this time and was just standing there finally spoke up and said "just let him go". SUCKS WHEN WE KNOW OUR RIGHTS HUH WALMART.
