If I could give this place a ZERO star review, I absolutely would. They call you a thousand times a day, the day of your payment. God Forbid your late.. They even call FAMILY members that are, no longer leasing with them, call people that have prior CLOSED accounts that are not on the Refence call list I gave them, and call Prior CLOSED accounts JOBS, that they were defiantly not given to call.
In hopes to get a message to me. I know when my bill is due, and it will be paid, as it always is.
I have sent emails, after emails to the customer services support and NOTHING is and will NEVER be done about the most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.
I understand everybody has a job to do. However, Walking up on customers with their CHILDREN in their arms or by their side AT NIGHT and AFTER HOURS at that, is not only unacceptable, It's Creepy. DO BETTER!

dont do business with aaron you will get constant harassment from them if your late on payments even by calling them and letting them know you will pay late they will continue to harass you bad customer service go somewhere else

I got a bed from them, and within a month. The side had collapsed where I fell. I got a second bed within a week that bed fell. The third bed fell almost immediately. I just can't wait to get this bed paid off. So I can get a decent bed somewhere else

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they call you a thousand times after 1 day of being late. I'm considered a platinum costumer had paid of a couch, a fireplace & 2 tvs & just got new items that where $1 down the first month But do not be fooled it was $1 down for 2 weeks. I said I would pay the end of the month as my pay is every 2 weeks & set my payment up for the end of the month moving forward. They will not give a platinum customer 2 weeks, please do not use them, especially Chris. By far the worst customer service & worst person there. I hate to see how they treat a regular customer, WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER! Suppose to be a platinum customer, bought & payed a couch, fireplace & 2 tvs. Didn't want to get any more furniture from there as they harass you after 1 day even though I have paid off multiple items. But did as the had $1 down & Danny was nice enough to help. But Chris is not as helpful, by far the worst customer service. Do not be fooled as it's not $1 for the month, just 2 weeks. So I said I would be paying at the end of month & to continue to do my payments the end of month moving forward. But will not wait 2 weeks for a platinum customer, so they will be picking up furniture. Never had I had a company treat me this way much less a company where I paid off multiple items. Please don't use them unless you want to be treated less than & harrased!!!

They make the experience super unpleasant. They harass you the day before your payment is due and god forbid your late.. They called my job 6 times. My boss was on vacation and came back to 6 voicemails within a 3 day period. I had already made a payment so I guess they're verifying employment? Just annoying.

Let get it straight Danny the so called store manager is so unprofessional- he has called mr phone for 5 days straight leaves voicemails and I am not even his customer- the person who he keeps calling for I have told him does not work for me any more- I have told him 4 times she used to work for me- he called and woke me up at 8am on a Saturday when the store opens at 10- I am a arrons customer in TN and I can promise this manager is so different- Danny is rude, unprofessional and needs to learn about customer service

I've paid off several items from them with no complaints. If something needed a repair they would either send out someone to fix it in home or they would come and pick it up and give me a loaner till mine was fixed.
