Worked about 2 years. Co worker's are great but in constant fear of their jobs. If u have no relative's working there or at kinder Morgan u will most likely be fired if u make a mistake. If u have famaly they will give u tons of upportunitys. Some of the foreman will try to fire u if they don't like u. They just look out for those they like or talk to . Great benefits just hostile environment
