My parents live right by CVS. We visit the store often and the employee, Justin, is always so helpful, cheerful, and kind. It is so refreshing to see such great customer service! Even today, working on Memorial Day, he was so happy and accommodating. I really appreciate his excellent customer service! He needs a promotion!

Ask about a medication , they said we don't have any, I ask if they could check another CVS store he said I don't know how to spell it , so how does the dummy know they don't have any. Ok the worst of the worst .

The pharmacist was so incredibly rude. First I went inside the store and stood at the pickup counter for at least 5 minutes and was completely ignored. So I went to the drive thru and she was extremely short and rude, glaring and throwing my meds into the container. Don’t know what I did to make her so angry but it was extremely unprofessional!

I take a prescription iron capsule. I've taken it for years. A couple months ago I was without for 5 days. Now once again they don't have it. I have to have it. I am so disgusted with them. The kid at the drive thru was like well if we order it and it don't come in it's not out fault. Whoever orders should be fired! This is the worst pharmacy ever. Another example is when I without for 5 days and called to complain. They said well we 19 capsules. So I took them. So when it was time to reorder for 30 days they gave me 19 and not 30 because that s what they gave the week before. If I could give them -5 stars I would!!!!!!

The CVS on Underwood & Spencer in LaPorte is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are rude and I can’t say one thing nice about them. I’ve used them several times for my prescriptions and had horrible experiences every time. I used a CVS in Conroe for about 15 years and never had a problem but this one is horrible. After umpteen automated calks a prescription is ready I go in the store to pick it up to be told it’s not ready and I told them I would wait and was very nice but in the meantime 30 minutes or longer the pharmacist was deliberately making me wait and being very rude when I asked how much longer?? Several incidents like that every time I went. The store part is great but not the pharmacy I will not be going back.

Called in a refill on the 17th. They did not have the meds, they said they should be in on the 21st. I called on the 22nd and they said it was not ready. I called on the 23rd and they said my script has expired and I would have to have my doctor call it back in. When I ask how that is my fault i was rudley hung up on.

Went to pick up my prescription. I’m all for PPE (personal protection equipment)but if you don’t understand how to use them, then there is an issue. I watched the “manager” Administer a Covid vaccine, then he proceeded to: leave the used syringe on the counter, open a door, uses a keyboard, and filled a prescription, touched multiple surfaces, handed out prescriptions at the drive through, all while wearing the same pair of gloves. We are having a hard enough time dealing with all this Covid BS, we don’t need careless mistakes like this potentially passing along blood borne pathogens to everyone who he comes into contact with. I would hope the place where I get my meds would brush up on their BBP certification and practice safer actions while handling other peoples medication.
