We just moved here and didn't know where to go. Luckily we found this place and will be back!! I trust them with my babies for sure rob at the front desk was nothing but welcoming and sweet. The only negative is that sometimes the office doesn't call with test results, prescriptions being given, and reminders; but they have gotten a lot better on this issue. Overall, I enjoy this office and the staff.”

“These comments are past due and for I apologize. I have been a patient of Dr. Abdellatif since 2013 following my Kidney transplant at Mayo Clinic in AZ. Since then we have driven 60 miles each way for appointments and will gladly continue this routine until conditions change. Dr. Adbellatif is a Outstanding Physician and caring Doctor.But, my main reason for this post is to highlight one of his staff. Her name is Violeta. In these time restraints of all medical personnel at all levels, Violeta has provide Outstanding, Caring, and Thorough treatment each and every time she has interactive with my wife and I. We are truly grateful in the way she research billing codes and other issues, and coordinated with Medicare and other Health Insurance Providers to eliminate erroneous or double billing charges. “I’ve been coming here for the last four years & I am always treated great when I come here for my annual wellness. Normally I’ll see a PA or NP but this time I was able to meet Dr. Metz and he is wonderful. He’s very personable, encouraging, & knowledgeable. The tech/nurse who did my vitals & weight is always sweet! & I am always poked once when their lab tech draws my blood!!! Ive never had issues with scheduling appointments but for some reason this time, I did. I scheduled my appointment on June 1st for June 27th at 0820 but when I checked in, it showed I didn’t have anything scheduled. The front desk ladies worked promptly to get me in so that all worked out! I’ve read other reviews where this has happened or the front desk are rude- That was not my experience at all & has never been but I feel I am also an understanding & respectful person so… anyways, I highly recommended this practice!”

“My 16 year old daughter and I each had an appt here this morning. Everyone was extremely sweet and friendly, we felt so comfortable and happy there like we were with friends. The nurse was hilarious! The PA was very knowledgeable and thorough in discussing different options with us, and again, a total sweetheart.Also, my daughter ended up needing some labwork done and passed out, all the way out cold in the chair. The lab tech was very calm and knew exactly what to do to bring her back around to consciousness. I was shaken but the tech made it much easier to keep my cool and help her help my daughter.Absolutely cannot recommend enough, zero complaints!!”
