Unclear and very unprofessional. We went to go to midnight release of the new Legend of Zelda and I was just all over the place and uncoordinated. We weren'teven able to get a copy even though we payed extra to get it.

Not sure what so many people are doing while at this store which would cause the employees to "be rude" in these reviews. We have been shopping here for at least eight years, every single employee has always been wonderful and helpful to us! Truly kind and good to my son, and always help me figure games and gear for his gifts!!

This location never answers their phone. Called the store 5 times with no answer! I just wanted to ask if they had an item in stock before I made the drive. Out of curiosity, I went to the store, and called while in the parking lot. They were just standing around doing nothing while the phone rang out. I immediately turned my car around and went to another store.

Staff is clueless about product they offer. Came in looking for information on the new Atari VCS that is a Gamestop exclusive product no one had any information on it. Plus the girl behind counter rather be on phone with someone then take care of a customer!
