Never liked their set prices. You can get a t-shirt or really nice blouse for the same price. Goodwill has gotten a little pricey for being a thrift store.

The workers are all very helpful and kind. But...Just went in to look for kids' clothes. PRICES ARE INSANE! Goodwill should change their name! They are getting very greedy for free items! A simple plain dress for a girl is now over $5 with tax. Might as well get it new. And shoes are outrageous! $10 & up for falling apart stained up shoes is just crazy. It's not the workers' fault. It's greedy corporate that recently upped all the prices and got rid of the 0.79 & 0.99 cent items. The minimum is now $1.99. It's crazy when they price Dollar Tree items more than brand new a DT. I will never donate here again..

Worst customer service ever. Had more than three employees that I saw walk by with over 10 people standing in line and one customer has three shopping carts and all three of those she rang up separately. She even had to get a manager for help with an item but not help with the customers waiting in line. Been standing in line now for 28 min. 28 min on the same customer that had the three shopping carts. Two people left the line and walked out which I'm about to do now. Freaking ridiculous. Yet two employees standing there "organizing" the racks. If they can't do the registers then get people that can this is just infuriating. And again getting the manager for a void because she ran out of money but does the manager open another register. No just sad. Flat out sad lost two sales already.
