I was looking online for a storage unit close to home. The process was fast to fill out online and get my unit. After having confirmation that my storage was secure I had Nancy follow up and answer all my questions, definitely recommend for fast and affordable units.

If I could put 0 stars I would - we went to office and got our unit #, Nancy took us to view questioning why our locker was so hot when we paid for climate control, which apparently is only the hallway the excuse we were given was that the hallway was climate controlled and the air gets in the unit - let that go - we also informed Nancy that we would be unloading stuff on Sunday and she said that would be okay - well Sunday rolls around and we get to the unit and there were locks on our unit to bad we noticed after unloading two dressers to put in the unit we had to turn back around cause we didn't have access to the storage we had already paid for!!!!!!

The place is clean safe and secure. The staff is always pleasant. Casey is phenomenal and will ensure you get what you need. They'll never " oversell " you into something you don't need!

I won a unit here on auction. Kasey & Kimberly were fantastic. Quickly got me in and out. They get the triple p rating. Professional, polite, and pretty!! Would highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.
