The lady who answered the phone denied my son due to him having autism. Despite having open availability, and informing me that there is another child on the spectrum also enrolled. I feel this facility is very discriminating.

My daughter absolutely loves this daycare!!! The staff is beyond caring and compassionate. Their communication is above and beyond. I get daily pictures which really makes my day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the daily curriculum. If you need affordable and quality care check this place out!!! 10 stars!!

My son has been going to high achievers since march of 2024. The first director that was here when he started was a sweetheart. The new director that has been here for a bit now is the sweetest lady ever. She cares about everyone and wants to make sure all kids are safe and happy. Her and her staff has shown the best care for my child as well as the other children at center. This daycare also has the NCI program to help with daycare costs making it affordable. I cant say enough good things about this place. I know everyone has doubts here cause of what happened but i’m telling y'all they have grown and this is a whole new director and staff that watch over these children very well. Please give them a chance and try them out. Im telling you wont regret it. They also have an app that they communicate through and send updates on what your child ate, napped, or changed/toilet. They will also send you pictures of your child doing very fun activities with their class. I know I can count on them to watch my child knowing that he is in good hands.

I love Mrs.Shawna is so awesome. Sweet lady. My baby was used to being around her siblings and Mrs. Shawna and her staff broke her out her shell. They are very attentive with the kids. They have this app that keeps me informed while she is there. I give them a 10/10.

Unfortunately, this facility is very unorganized. My husband and I still gave them a chance even after hearing about the several toddlers that got out and almost ran into the highway. They do not respond, and do not get back with you when to come by for a tour. I never know when they are actually there or available. We chose another facility.

I was left without childcare at the last minute by the Laporte After School Program. I called High Achievers frantic looking for help. Tessa answered the call and I'm so glad she did. She was patient and helpful and we got my then 6-year old signed up and ready for after school pick up that next day. They even accommodated pick up from his school as he's the only child to be picked up from this location. My Son likes it, the Staff is friendly and I truly believe they are a community based facility. They're always patient when I pick up in the evening and I'm thankful for their support and having a safe place to send my child.

My son goes here and the care he receives is top notch. Ms. Tessa is the best. She’s always there, always available. My son is always happy and raves about the center.

This morning (9/13/23) when I dropped my 11 month old off, the director Tessa immediately informed me of the incident that happened yesterday. This could have been 1000% preventable. Tessa followed every protocol and the employee was also immediately let go of her job. As she should be. I won't deny that I have gone back and forth on whether I want to keep my child at this facility. HOWEVER in my heart and with my interactions with other staff and Tessa I know my son is in GOOD hands! Not once has my son came home with any marks, no red bottom, no diaper rash or rash of any sorts, he isn't messy or dirty, he isn't crying when I drop him off or pick him up. He is full of happiness and joy. Before completely writing off High Achievers because of social media and this incident, do your research of other daycares around here as well. Cream of the Crop, Lil Rascals, Wise Owl - they ALL have had at least one bad incident and they were all called out on social media about it. You can also call or go talk to Tessa and see for yourself at what a good person she is and how big her heart is for what she does. And she does not mess around! Even my son's teacher is super sweet and gentle caring of my baby. I know from this experience it is not easy to find a daycare you trust. At the end of the day you have to go with your gut feeling and your momma/daddy instincts.
