I had nothing but a great experience at this location. Starting off with great associates working the front counter greeting you with a beautiful smile. Veronica was amazing!! She heard & understood my needs as a customer & treated me not only like a friend but as family. I would recommend anyone who is doubting on getting a new or preowned vehicle to give Veronica & her team a chance. I have no doubt they can definitely get you into your dream car. Angelica the Finance Manager was Amazing as well, she explained everything to me in detail & answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. They took care of me!! They can take care of you too! Thank all ya’ll so much!!

Had the worst experience with Veronica she was very impatient and rude! She was very discouraging about me getting a new car and complained the entire time I was in her office!! I asked 4x to test drive the Car and each time there was a reason I couldn’t until the very end when I went to test drive it she told me I needed to hurry and rushed me saying I won’t be able to get insurance or anything because she needed to leave!!!! She was so rude and really ruined my car buying experience!!! I don’t believe I’ll be back I liked the car I picked out but if that’s the service I will be receiving I could care less!!!!

Me and my husband got us a 2024 Mitsubishi we are really enjoying it and it's all thanks to Anissa she is amazing and her personality is everything ? also thanks to the staff they are nice best experience I ever had I will differently recommended Bayside Mitsubishi to a family member and a friend thank you again Anissa ❤️

Imagine purchasing a car November the 25th only to return it due to a misundering. Irene did not give me a 24 hour notice or any alternatives. I wasn't aware what exactly was the problem. I contacted my bank and they made the adjustments. They treated as if I did not matter once the bank denied mu loan due to the income they submitted from my main job. I wasn't aware they had to have all my in some however the bank had all my source of income so I assumed that's all that matter. A mere mistake. Irene said return the car in the morning no later than noon. No Grace. Nothing. No alternatives or nothing. Right before Christmas is even worse. I recently got hit by an 18 wheeler so I was looking for another personal vehicle. I thought Mitsubishi was the company for me buti was wrong. I wanted to go with Honda so bad speaking from previous purchase's but I wanted something bigger because I have 3 kids and I'm pregnant. I deserve better a paying customer. God say I qualify so I do. Does this hurt? Yes. It's unexpected. Not to mention they were gonna have me return the car with no way home and stay 35 minutes from the dealership. She didn't tell ne the reason until I told her I can come tomorrow night. What if I would have drove over there with my children in the car.... Would they have given me a ride? So many questions go unanswered like why wasn't the financing part of my purchased done before I drove off the lot. Then they lied to me and said I didn't get approved because i do amazon flex but the truth is they lowered it due to the income Mitsubishi submitted which was not all of my income. A misunderstanding that the bank corrected. Mitsubishi wasted my time and money. I have a insurance policy on a vehicle that they wanna repossess. My advice is make sure your bank financing is complete before you leave the lot. Even if they assure you and you sign a contract. Call your bank.

The cars are great and some of the sales team is super friendly but once you get in there the back office people are NOT helpful. Trying to get a phone call returned is like pulling teeth. Referral bonuses, good luck getting those OR getting info on who to talk to. No corporate phone number nor phone number for district management given. She said “no one is here at the moment and I don’t have that number off hand”.

This is my third time at this location and I must say that I have never been so disappointed which is quite saddening to say the least. Initially I was confused because I'm used to frequenting another location and once I pull up, the techs immediately come out to greet me, open my door, assist me with my laptop bag, open the door to the dealership service area and guide me to the coffee and waiting area.After a couple of minutes, I remembered that Bayside Mitsubishi does not offer the majority of the listed amenities. I parked my car in a disabled parking spot, placed my placard in the appropriate area, grabbed my laptop bag, and my free birthday coffee from Starbucks . One of the guys that obviously work inside the service area office was on the phone outside, wrapped up his call, and we were both walking in the same direction to enter the same small office with two separate doors. Unfortunately, I'm once again walking with my purple cane (yes, akin to Prince's Purple Rain album lol). You would think that he would offer to open the door for me...nope. I move my cup of coffee to the hand where my cane is so I can slowly open the door. I walk in and there's another guy behind the counter who's wearing a burgundy shirt, I later find out his name is Ryan as I heard him introduce himself on a phone call. The other guy was wearing a blue shirt labeled Smart... now that's quite interesting. I'm standing there looking at the both of them and patiently waiting for them to address me but...crickets...I get nothing. Finally, another guy whom I had not seen stood up and greeted me. I told him that I had an appointment, it's my birthday, and NO, I was no longer having a good day. I proceeded to explain the recent occurrences and mentioned that my nice upon a time, I wouldn't speak on these issues. I'm at a point in my life where I refuse to leave an establishment where I'm spending my hard earned money without communicating how I was treated be it positive or negative. We (customers) shouldn't be subjected to low or sub-standard customer service because a representative is having a bad day or a printer is not printing. Those are poor excuses. Take accountability, apologize, wish me a happy freakin' birthday, and put on a fake smile until I'm out of your hair. Treat your customers the way you want someone to treat your parents, spouses, grandparents, children and anyone who means something to you. Treat people the way you want to be treated...and better! You NEVER know what someone is going through before they walk through your doors!!! They may have just received the worse news of their life or they may be in a very dark place and looking for ANY reason to negatively react on the first person giving them a "reason" to do so.Bayside Mitsubishi DO BETTER and please provide much needed coaching to "blue shirt" and Ryan, they desperately need it!!!! I'm so disappointed for more reasons than one this morning. I must say that ultimately, Frank made it right by wishing me a happy birthday and gifting me a discount, giving me direction to their waiting area, and keeping me posted on the status of my service (which is expected). He is the only reason I didn't rate your business at 1 star. hank you Frank and Happy Early Birthday to you!I failed to mention that since I've paid off my vehicle, I'm in the market for a brand new Mitsubishi just as I purchased my current vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase my vehicle from Bayside, I can no longer give my business to Bayside Mitsubishi. I pray that no one else has the experience that I had on November 17, 2023 with Ryan and .

DO NOT COME HERE TO SELL YOUR VEHICLE! THEY DO NOT HONOR ONLINE ESTIMATED PURCHASE PRICE. Old run down dealership. Online they offered 54k.I drove all the way to the dealership for them to look at the car. While I was waiting for them to look at it another guy kept asking questions through small talk. What’s pay off? How much did you pay? How long have you had it?I said pay off was 49k, said I paid 56k. Then they said they are still working on the offer and asked me to call my bank for a 10 day pay off. I said I’ll do that after I find out the offer because it won’t be worth my time if I don’t like the offer. They said oh it’ll help with the numbers (as if I can’t do basic math and don’t know what I want for the vehicle). Then they come back at a 49k offer. Hmmm how convenient, exactly what they think my pay off is…. When I said why wouldn’t they honor the 54,580 that was offered online they said this is just where we are at and the miles are high for the model, so I said that’s why I put the mileage on the website and they were aware of it when they made the 58k offer. It’s a bronco only a few months old and clean af. So basically they bait you in and never plan to offer you the amount….They also desperately try to get you into a junky car on their lot even after you tell them you’re not interested.Judging by their Facebook reviews they also do bate and switches on car sales!

My friend was quoted 54,580 on my bronco online (i input model, miles and additional features) I get there and they offer me 49k (what i told them my pay off was). I asked why it wasn't what I was offered online and he said the miles were high (but they knew my miles before I came). Terrible bate and switch. Don't waste your time here. If they do this with buying vehicles imagine what they do when selling them!
