“Shoutout to my guy Luis at this location. He was really knowledgeable on my firearm and was able to do a way better offer for me while I’m in a bind. He really came through. There was another company that would not take my extra custom value into account. But Luis was able to give me a way better deal. So I appreciate that a lot brother. Hard times right now. In the Bacliff store , P.J. and Kelly and Cricket have done everything for me as regards to getting me loans every time. They make me feel like a member of the family. And at the store on NASA road One and hwy 3, Will has always done all that he can to get me loans. I will forever use EZ PAWN as long as those managers and employees are there. Coming back June 29th, Andrea was extremely helpful in getting me the funds I asked for. Nasa road pawn is #1”

“Sold a few unwanted tools to them and i can say they were fair. i scored some rare magazines for my sons rifle for way cheaper than ive seen online. Got a good deal on a Black Powder pistol ive been looking for. its not my favorite pawn shop but i cant say anything negative.”

“Overall it is a decent store. The filling in manager who runs another store was friendly, and helpful. The transaction was complete within minutes. Would have been faster had I not tangled up multiple necklaces most were costume but the manager without hesitation said there is at least one the has value. Untangling the mess I made took more time the the paperwork. He appeared to be training a new employee and coached him through several key points but did not interfere with the process. I walked in thinking it was gonna be a waste of time but left feeling more then satisfied. Will recommend to friends and family .”
“Going here for a least ten years. They must do amazing background checks on employees. Professional, very friendly, they know me as soon as I come in, I ask of their kids, and they are the ONLY pawn shop I would recommend. Great stock to buy, seriously camera equipment, random great instruments, guns especially pistols. I can't think of employees being more perceptive, fair, and just nice to their customers.
The negative reviews are only people that do not understand anything of pawning or loans.
Will go every week just to say hi and see what they have!
I miss Ms Louise!!! She went above and beyond, I had an out of town emergency, and I gave her my cash on a loan a week prior, if she didn't mind paying as I was gone. She absolutely helped, on time, even called my voicemail to say she did so, and had my paperwork waiting for my return.
I told her I absolutely trust her, she had not done such a favor, and she was extremely pro of it!!
Now I believe she is in Pearland.

“This is by far one of the best pawn shops around the Webster area. I sold Mr. Steve a drill that wasn't in the best shape and he still gave me 10 dollars more than what 2 other shops offered. On another visit I needed a loan to pay a overdue bill because I didn't have all the credentials demanded by other loan places, like paystubs and time on the job. Steve gave me the cash I needed without hesitation. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and can't understand why people are so self-centered and so quick to whine and complain. They never said anything about all the other 10-20 times they came and Steve blessed them, Smh no positive reviews on any of those, only the 1 time he turned them down trying to get paid for Junk.. Remember, you needed help, he didn't. Stay positive my people!!?”
