Went here today for the first time for a pedicure which is what I always get from another location in LP. Everyone was very nice, they did amazing work on my toes and the massage was great. The pedicure was perfectly done and the price was absolutely reasonable! The prices at the other place I was going to were crazy expensive and I am so glad I decided to give preferred nails a try and I loved it! I will continue to come back!

So happy I found this gem? I had such a great experience here, will definitely be back for other things. I got my nails done overlay and they came out beautiful. The service was amazing! Did not feel rushed like other salons. They gave me the best advice on what was recommended for my nails

I have been getting my nails and toes done here for 22 years. Bobo is THE BEST!! He, his wife, and all the staff are extremely skilled in their craft. They are sweet, gentle and genuinely care about their clients. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. The prices are the best around. I have never ever left this nail shop unsatisfied. Please give them a try and thank me later. They are like family!! ❤️

I had a pedicure for months ago with gel polish. The service was excellent and the nails still look great. It's a very relaxing atmosphere.

My mother and I went in today to get our nails done . As soon as we walked in the door the person there looked at us and said “we are busy”. I said I understood and I understood how long the wait would be and no one said anything. They totally ignored the question and didn’t even pay attention to the fact that we were standing there. We took a seat and waited about 10 minutes to see if anyone would talk to us but no one ever did. We got up and left. We understood that it was busy but being totally ignored is just not acceptable. We will never go there again and will make sure to pass on our experience.

I have been coming to Preferred Nails for 22 years. The prices are reasonable, the staff is so nice, and I always feel comfortable. I always get the gel nails and most of the time, they will last 3 to 4 weeks ( depending on how rough I am on them). Only a couple times did I have to go somewhere else and I never got the quality that I get at Preferred Nails. Cathy and Stephanie are amazing!

Always get my nails done by Bow! They always last! The prices are good. Feet done by Stephanie. Excellent a gentle. I am a Flight Attendant for a Major Airline. I always get compliments on my nail. They look Beautiful!

Just walked in to get a pedicure. No one really welcomed me just told me to pick color. I sat down and the young girl working there didn’t seem to have any urgency or experience. I asked to have my nails cut down and she started filing them…SLOWLYI then said please cut themand she didn’t know know what the heck she was doingso i politely asked for her to finish removing my polish so I could be on my wayI was going to pay but they rudely said you can leave! Never will I go back !! There were others that could have done the job

My pedicure was wonderful. I did NOT like the movie they had on a big screen TV which had a horrible language. There was a young child present with his mom, whom I don't believe needed to be listening to that.Service: Pedicure
