Worst service!! Came to drop off a truck and it wasn’t even 5:00 PM and we got there at 4:53 and the guy left even though he saw us outside. He just drove off!!

Renters be aware! The weekend box drop is a customer trap. I was never asked for vehicle insurance bumper to bumper as other car rental places, instead I was pushed, not asked, to use my own car insurance. This is where the trick happens because the office is not open over the weekend so you have to return the vehicle to a busy shopping center parking spot and drop the key at their mailbox across the street. You are liable for damages to their property that you parked at the public parking lot. Yes, whatever happened to that rental overnight is now your problem to deal with. Monday morning I got the call that during the return inspection a cosmetic damage was found. Surprise!! Now comes the prestige of this trick. You have to pay for the damages or PV Rental will put a claim on your insurance. I had paid pennies on the dollar for coverage with other rental companies to protect me from this type of situation but PV rental never asked me or offered such coverage so the customer is on the hook. My deductible is three times more money than the cost of their " repair cost ". Plus the insurance increase will put you in a lose-lose position that should never happen if they really care to protect their customers and protect their vehicles from unexpected cosmetic damage.Lesson learned PV Rental!!P.S.I did like the Ford transit van ride. Good job Ford Motors!
