You know I would usually recommend t-mobile and today will be the last time I recommend this company. I've been waiting for a phone since Wednesday, I was given incorrect information. Kept waiting for phones received a text stating it will be cancel. All this due to a special they had. Witch they gave us incorrect information. Did not clarify any information we recently learn about. We've been with t-mobile for over 7 years never once had a situation like this happened. Make sure you get full information about special or any movement you do in your plan, apparently employees only care about selling products. Make sure to inform your self before going into a t-mobile store. ?

Tried to port my phone over with man named spencer. He transfers my phone over from metro without checking If it's unlocked messing up my phone tells me I need to buy another one. Changed my plan without concent. Manager was also telling me to buy another phone was in there for 2 hours I was told 10 times just to buy a phone open a new line. Bad bad bad

Just left the LaPorte TMobile Location. Unbelievably irritating.Back story. My Dad passed away on 2/28/23. He has a TMobile account & I called the 800 # to close the account.I was told that they can place the account on hold & then they will call me on Monday, 3/20/23 to complete the steps in closing the account.Problem... the auto draft is set up to go out tomorrow. I enquired about how to stop the autodraft from going out since I tried it online & I got a pop-up message stating the autodraft would be cancelled effective in April.I was told I will need to take the Death Certificate & the Statutory Durable Power of Attorney into the local store to get verification from an employee that I am indeed legally able to handle my Dad's affairs.I went directly to the store & called back to the customer service 800 # & the store employee verified my documents. However, the corporate employee said that it didn't matter what documents I have since I'm not listed as an authorized user on the account.Well, my brother is an authorized user since he once shared the account with my Dad. So, I called him & he came over to show his ID so they could go ahead & stop the auto draft from taking place.Now here's the kicker.... My brothers ID expired on his birthday2/23/23 - 5 days before Dad passed away. He didn't realize it since we were taking care of Dad under hospice care 24/7 @ home for weeks prior to his passing. Renewing his license wasn't on his mind.The girl helping us could clearly see that the ID belonged to my brother. But according to her, because the licensed is expired, she can't verify that he is the person on the ID. I kid you not. She stood there with a Death Certificate, a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, two grieving adult children & an ID that didn't have an update to the expiration date & she flatly stated that she could not verify that my brother was indeed my brother without the ID being current. Absolutely ridiculous!TMobile has lost my business. It's not about the money. It's the principal of the mstter.They have no common sense & no compassion. I'm done.

I came in with my family, was greeted nicely and was helped out by Jacob, I came into buy a 14 pro max and he was very helpful, honestly I didn’t have good experiences before at other tmobiles but I was surprised how helpful he was I ended up getting some AirPods as well that my wife wanted. Overal good experience

T-mobile has been my provider ever since I got my first phone. Lately I’ve been having trouble with my account receiving unexplained charges and was considering switching to AT&T. I went in to this location and Victoria was super helpful and nice. She explained everything to me and showed me how t-mobile is better than competitors because of all their awesome benefits. I will never leave t-mobile now!

Adalberto Rodriguez was my salesman, he helped me out a ton and was super helpful in explaining everything to me. Even gave me tips on how to use the T-Mobile app to check out account information so I don't have to keep calling in. Would definitely recommend.

Email was SO AMAZING!!! ? Was SO FRIENDLY! SO HELPFUL!! Connected everything 4 me! Before I left!! GREAT ATTITUDE!! Came back twice and ONLY asked for him!! Will DEFINITELY come back to this store!!
