DO NOT TRUST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AKA JIMMY AND SERVICE MANAGER!!! Took my compressor to get repaired and week and half later i call to check status only to find out they marked my unit as a return rental. They took it to another store and were going to rent it out. When i showed up to the store they tell me that it was brought back and was not able to be serviced. I said well then why was it taken to another store and why was it not looked at. They said it was and that is when i showed them my tag to tell me if they had even opened the lid and it was still sealed with my tie. They then told me to take it to the store they had taken it to because that store is the one that works on customer equipment. I said if yall had already taken it there to get service then why bring it back? why tell me to take it there when you are telling me they looked at it and they cant service it? Service department is a joke and this is not the first time dealing with YOUR service department that needs attention.

the person delivering the van was prompt, courteous, and followed safety procedures for unloading the van. The entire transaction from the phone call to let me know he was here and asking where to deliver, the unloading process, and the checkout process was quick, and effective. Very personable and polite individual.

I personally deal with Mr. Nash and that guy is absolutely INCREDIBLE, not only as a sales rep but on a personal level as well. His customer service is outstanding and 100% goes above and beyond any expectation I have had. It is very easy to get in touch with him and he will always provide us with what we need and at a good cost.

Our representative, Ronda Landry, was extremely helpful in looking up the exact piece of equipment we had previously rented and worked with us over the course of several days to establish a delivery date due to our ever changing schedule.

I rented an air compressor for two weeks. Within 10 days I had no less than 3 emails about this, and that was after delivery date. I then received a fourth e mail telling me that I needed to add funds. That was on the 10th day of a 14 day rental. I do not need to be inundated with e mails every time I rent a piece of equipment from UR, which is exactly what happens.
