So, normally I go to the Pasadena, TX location but this one had the phone I wanted in stock and it’s a lot closer to me. Last time I did in store pick up it was terrible at updating so I waited a couple hours and got to the store probably 35 min prior to close. The doors were already locked a little before 6:30pm when they close at 7pm. The guy had to let me in and seemed annoyed I was in there and gave me attitude when I was talking to him. He cut me off while I was talking multiple times. I simply just wanted to know if it would be ready today or if I needed to wait until tomorrow. He looked up my order and that’s when my order started getting processed. Eric was very rude and because I did an online order and not a sell from him, I wasn’t important to him anymore.
The women, Donna, in there was helping another couple and getting my order ready. The guy went back to sit behind a desk and wasn’t much help at all.
It seems if I wouldn’t have gone in there, my order wouldn’t have even gotten started because Donna was the one doing all of the work.
If the doors lock at 6:30pm then the website needs to update their store hours to match. I will not be using this location again even though it’s the closer option.
Donna was extremely helpful and I would give her 5 stars. Eric can have zero.

I came in to transfer data from an old iPhone to a new one. Keenan was extremely helpful and due to him being new, when he didn’t know, he asked other staff members who gladly helped him. They were all extremely patient and very kind to me.

Please read entire review! This Verizon is one of the smaller retail branches, so limited options are available. Nevertheless, the associates are knowledgeable and able to tend to your needs. The past few times we went in, the AC was out so it was a little warm in there. I went in to pay my final bill and get the ID to switch over to a different carrier. For the past 3 years Verizon has provided me the absolute WORST cell service in the area. I've asked my coworkers and friends how their service is, and they have the same issues. I had to jump through multiple hoops, and my issue was never resolved to date. As a matter of fac, on one occasion, whilst troubleshooting what could be wrong with my service, the customer service rep disavtivated my Sim card. I went from slow internet speeds and low call receptions to no service whatsoever real quick, real effing quick. I don't reccomend Verizon as a provider unless you travel for work. I honestly have 0 good things to say about them as a mobile carrier. Highway robbery. Money is better spent elsewhere, and the peace of mind is a huge bonus. Good riddance.
