I’ve never had issues with a prescription until today when I received a text requesting they work on my new prescription in the morning yesterday. I kept calling for status all day yesterday & today told it was being worked on at all communications. Finally spoke to a person in pharmacy & they hadn’t even started looking at it. They are lying to customers & using their stupid answering machine to shield their ineptness. Finally was told it would be ready in 1 hour I’ll see. I’ve also complained to corporate. I see the customer service has greatly diminished here recently maybe it’s time for a change.

Came up here and they said my prescription would be ready at 1:15. I pull up at almost 3 and they said give them 15 more minutes. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible! They keep giving me partials of my medicine then telling me that can't give my whole prescription until a certain number of days, when it's their fault they didn't have the full prescription in the first place. They told me I couldn't get my prescription one day so I left town then called an HR later saying it was ready, they have no idea what they are doing, they are idiots working at this place. Pathetic
