Went to pick up meds for my son who just had surgery. The pharmacy is the most incompetent. The tech was so rude, made me pay full price for medicine after she told me they couldn't accept my insurance card. I just left a Walgreens at another location where my son goes and they take that insurance card. Unfortunately, his meds were sent to this Walgreens by accident, I do not recommend this place. She didn't have a clue what she was doing. I had to pay a lot of money because she didn't know how to work the computer. Unacceptable!

I went to Walgreens to pick up some photos I had ordered online. I got there at 2:30 pm when my photos were to be ready at 12:00 pm. The cashier advised me that they were having issues with the photo service and told me to use the self service kiosk. She advised me that I wouldn't get charged for the photos I had ordered online. So I use the kiosk and then when I leave I got a notification that I also got charged for the photos I ordered online... i got a call from the same cashier that helped me in store and told me that I would get refunded. 3 days later I still have not received a refund so I call the store and talked to the manager. He was understanding and nice. He advised me that I would get a refund... here I am a week later and still no refund... times are hard and every dollar counts nowadays. Just sad I didn't get my money back...

I stopped coming here because they are beyond disorganized. Today I am sitting in the drive thru 20 minutes so far listening to the tech speak so rudely to a customer she is obviously frustrated with. Walgreens get it together. Close this store or increase the hiring budget.

I had a great experience with the help of Julio who helped me find exactly what I needed. I recommend the store to anyone who needs anything. Friendly staff and very clean.

Horrible service with walgreens filling my prescription. They were out the meds. Waited a day to fill them. Then I call twice they said they recieved their shipment but couldnt tell me when it would be ready. I check online hours later my prescription is gone. I call they said my insurance didnt cover it. I asked price said it's fine I need it . So they filled it. Asked if my husband could pick it up since I have the flu said sure no problem. He gets there they cut my prescription down to a days worth so it would be cheaper. He told them no to fill the whole order. After he sits & waits they then tell him I have to go pick it up. What gives them the right to change my prescription based on the price if I didnt ask them for any such thing.

it's kinda a disgrace when u can't get half of ur lunch because ur short 5¢.. cashier said find it or put 1 of ur 2 items back ..that's what's wrong with the world no compassion or humanity ...never will I visit a Walgreens again

We went in to make copies of some pictures for my father's funeral. Micheal was the clerk in the photo lab desk was the rudest and least helpful person I have had to encounter at Walgreens. He was curt with his instructions and seemed bothered by us. When asked about smiling he replied " it is the job I have to do here". After we edited our pictures for about thirty minutes, they did not come out with a good color. He then tells us that the equipment we used had not been putting out a good color and we needed to use the "other" scanner. Really?!? He could have told us sooner, we were the only customers in the photo lab. If he doesn't like his job then he should work someplace where he doesn't have to speak to the customers. I spoke to the Team lead but I don't know if they will address his behavior.

I went to fill a prescription for my dog (yes sounds crazy) but dropped my prescription off around 4:45 was told it would be ready at 7, I go to pick it up then was told it was out of stock by the same person who said it'd be ready at 7. Then the price was more than I was told it would be so I asked why come to find out the pharmacist said well we don't have the dosage so I'm just gunna give you a higher dose, I told her no that's illegal you don't fill whatever you want you

It was the most unorganized pharmacy and incompetent pharmacist I have ever delt with. People had to make 4 trips for there scripts. I was told 1 hr. on mine it took 4 hours and still stood in line 45 min. Was hung up on 3 times trying to check by phone and then they had charges wrong when I checked out. That person should even be handling medications period. Will never walk back in that store.
