The Pharmacy Manager at this location is obnoxious and refuses to listen to any explanation or call the prescribing Doctor for clarification. I will never patronize this Walgreens or any other. Very pleased with the prompt and courteous service provided at CVS. Someone would have to be crazy to support this or any Walgreens.

After printing 100 Christmas cards with walgreens, my last batch of 20 cards I needed they refused to give me because they said they needed a copy write because I had a photographer take the photos. Like a mall Santa setting. AFTER ALREADY PRINTING 100 PRINTS. THAT I ALREADY PICKED UP AND MAILED. POOR SERVICE AND POOR STANDARDS.

I’ve always been a loyal cvs customer, despite the last several times going there, they’ve been unhelpful. Friday once again cvs dropped the ball. Unable to help me, not offering solutions, sending me off disappointed once again. Ran over to Walgreens across the street. They went above and beyond. Helpful, polite, got me what I needed. I’ve been back three times since then and already have 20 dollars in rewards. My new store

I went to Walgreens to pick up some photos I had ordered online. I got there at 2:30 pm when my photos were to be ready at 12:00 pm. The cashier advised me that they were having issues with the photo service and told me to use the self service kiosk. She advised me that I wouldn't get charged for the photos I had ordered online. So I use the kiosk and then when I leave I got a notification that I also got charged for the photos I ordered online... i got a call from the same cashier that helped me in store and told me that I would get refunded. 3 days later I still have not received a refund so I call the store and talked to the manager. He was understanding and nice. He advised me that I would get a refund... here I am a week later and still no refund... times are hard and every dollar counts nowadays. Just sad I didn't get my money back...

Just went up to the pharmacy to get my daughter a meningitis vaccination. Had an appointment scheduled at 1:30. After arriving about 1:10 and standing there for 10 minutes, I finally was acknowledged and asked what I needed. I proceeded to tell them I was there for a vaccination appointment at 1:30. Then I was told by the pharmacist that their lunch was at 1:30. I told her I had the confirmation for the appointment but she said it didn’t matter and I’d have to come after 2. What’s the point in having an appointment if it it’s not honored. Also, maybe don’t schedule appointments around you lunch break and make a person stand waiting. Complete and total unprofessionalism.

This is a review for the pharmacy! Not the store. Store seems very kind.The pharmacy is pretty disappointing. I have the flu. I called a couple times to make sure they had gotten my prescription and they were currently working in it. I walked to the pharmacy in 40 degree weather because I’m sick and want my medicine. Guess what? They don’t have it and haven’t had it and no other Walgreens has it. I’d love to have received a call about this before I walked 25 minutes in the cold both ways. They could have told me when I called them earlier that day too. Their lack of empathy and gross incompetence is upsetting. Please don’t go here you guys. HEB is right down the street and is so much better.

I stopped coming here because they are beyond disorganized. Today I am sitting in the drive thru 20 minutes so far listening to the tech speak so rudely to a customer she is obviously frustrated with. Walgreens get it together. Close this store or increase the hiring budget.

I placed an order on my Walgreens mobile app. And once I was there, they brought it out to me curbside and put it in my vehicle! Two cases of water and a few other items. THANKS!

We came here because there are some deals on their ad for halloween candy. The candy was supposed to be the sale price and was ringing up normal price. We spoke to Julio the manager and he was being argumentative and uncooperative on what the price was supposed to be when they had the signage and ad right infront of him! No apology from him and the young female cashier was throwing a fit. The only person that was being calm and cooperative with us and our issue at hand was David and he helped us more than the actual manager.
