Arlene and Shannon are wonderful workers. I, however, do not appreciate Karen. She is rude and barely helps when needed. I have seen her mistreat her employees and verbally accost them and tries to take credit for their work.

Arlene was so incredibly helpful with getting us on AT&T and off of Verizon. She helped us transfer all the storage off of our old phone and download the AT&T app and explained everything to us. Thank you Arlene for your time! We will be back when we need an upgrade!
