We stopped by to open an account because it was close to home. Walking in was a pleasure. The colors very nice. Service was really great, very friendly. The young man who took the info for checking account was a joy. We really enjoyed his company. We will tell all our friends to go check it out.

Both Laura and Kat were wonderful!! They each were extremely professional and efficient. They explained everything so well and made sure to let my husband and myself know that if we had any questions in the future, they are there for us. I have never felt so well cared for and confident with a financial institution. Brandon was also helpful and personable. Fantastic customer service!! Laura was very friendly and helpful. Walked us through the whole process and was patient with us showing us things on the app and mobile banking and deposits. I would recommend them to anyone & I plan on doing just that. I’m closing another bank account and transferring everything from that one to first mark. Their interest rates are very good and I could’ve been earning money on my checking account.
