Literally the worst customer service of any pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. If you like calling 15 times to get hung up on before anybody even speaks to you, (Literally dropped the call before they even say hello.) and then everybody acting completely indifferent and acting like they don’t know what’s going on, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the time and energy and just go to Floresville.

The H-E-B Pharmacy in La Vernia has been such a reliable and consistent place for our family. Their drive-thru service is always efficient, quick, and right to the point, which makes picking up prescriptions incredibly convenient when we’re on the go. When we go inside for pickup, the team is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and always easy to work with.
What we appreciate most is how seamless they make the whole process. Whether it’s a refill or something new, everything is handled smoothly and without hassle. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about providing excellent service while respecting their customers’ time.
Thank you to the La Vernia H-E-B Pharmacy team for your kindness, consistency, and efficiency. It makes such a difference, and we’re grateful to have this level of service in our community. Highly recommend!

There is a lady in there by the name of Delaney who was tremendously helpful in every step of me getting my prescription information. Shes the best, ask for her. (As a matter of fact, EVERYONE ONE there was incredible) if u have another pharmacy location... change it) this team is amazing!

They are good. I'm glad they're there. I would like to ask that they work on their process for partial fills. If they don't have enough inventory to fully fill your prescription, it's more hassle than it should be to get the remaining units for the partially filled prescription.

Wesley, working in-store pharmacy pickup, is kind, respectful and extremely helpful. My Dr called in a script but it wasn’t showing “in process”, within the app, because La Vernia was out of stock. Instead of the normal interaction I was anticipating, too bad so sad, Wesley located a pharmacy that had the medication/qty in stock. I was so impressed with his willingness to problem solve and deliver first class customer service. Thank you Wesley!

This is the WORST place to have your prescription filled. They were getting year 2023 and 2024 mixed up when it came to filling prescriptions which includes multiple techs and pharmacists at different times. Calling ahead to see if a prescription is ready and they say it will be ready in a certain amount of time and once there to pick up they say the medication is out of stock. So why say it was going to be ready at all. They are SO disorganized and though the drive thru is going under construction and you have to go inside, the customer service is just awful and slow. This has happened so many times. I give up on this location.
