This is the last time I’ll ever order from this terrible place.I used the app to order 2 large Pam pizzas. One super supreme and one double cheese. And even though their ad said “any large for $12”, they charged me an extra $2.25 for the extra cheese. Whatever.I pick them up and take them home. When I open the box the super supreme isn’t super. And it’s barely supreme. Then I open the other box and there isn’t enough cheese to cover the pizza! Unbelievable.Pizza Hut used to stand for quality. Now it’s garbage.Save yourself horrible disappointment and go somewhere else.

I ordered ahead for my childrens' easter party for 1045am the following day. I got a text .Message at 1056 saying the pizza was running late and would be there by 1107. No biggie.I get a text from my kids' school at 1120, no pizza. I call them and the owner tells me that he's new to the franchise and he doesn't have any drivers. I totally understand that. What I don't understand is the complete lack of communication. If I had been told earlier that there were no drivers I could have picked up the pizza and dropped it off earlier but I wasn't afforded that opportunity.He did offer a 20 credit tied to my phone number. The pizza was okay. I think it may have been done early in the day because by the time I got home to eat it at 1150 (the kids ended up having to eat something else) it was soggy.I really hope that the franchise does well but communication is essential.

It's been 6 years since my first review and nothing has changed. The service is always slow or rude. Pizzas are never done, even when ordered ahead of time.The tip jar at the register is some kind of joke? Who tips for poor service?

Jenny left a customer on hold for 27 minutes, calling back and then getting an attitude from her who refused to accept the responsibility of a manager for an order that was made wrong. Who would order a Supreme Pizza less all meat and vegetables- why wouldn't you order just a plain cheese pizza! This is the last time I'll order from this Pizza Hut. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience for $116. Good luck treating your employees, customers and others the way you did. I had every reason to be upset after two calls, 27 minutes on hold, a call back and being attacked right after you answered. Great leadership skills there.

The wings and cheese bread were excellent and arrived quickly. I will definitely be back to try other wing spices. The staff was friendly. The dining area was clean, but layout was odd. There was a line out the door which turned out to be people waiting to pick up online/Tele orders and there was barely room to enter as the hostess station is directly in front of the door.

Went to go get a pizza for lunch, was handed a menu at the counter, and then left in the booth for ten minutes with no acknowledgement we were even there. Manager came to the table behind us to pick up his notebook, so i'm glad he noticed that. :/ decided to leave and wasn't even acknowledged as we left. now keep in mind there were two other tables there that were already done eating.

Wow. What a mess. I’ve known for a while that delivery could be really slow; I’ve seen enough negative reviews to that effect to know delivery is out of the question from Pizza Hut. That’s fine. We’ve dined in several times and always enjoy it. Anyway, I got a coupon in the mail for carry-out. Ok, cool! I had to work, so I left at 6 and told my husband the coupon was on the counter and he could order pizza for himself and the 4 kids. He got on the app and ordered. You don’t see your pickup time until AFTER you pay. Pickup time was TWO HOURS LATER!!!!!!!! Apparently a new system spaces out the app orders and they cannot be moved up, no matter what. You can be standing in the lobby with nobody there and they can’t push it through for you if you placed the order in the app. In-person and delivery orders are prioritized over app orders. Wish we had known that before we paid. Now, it’s 8:45pm and the kids are all asleep and my husband just picked up enough pizza to feed 6 people. I got home at 8 and rushed to throw together food for starving kids. Gonna trash the rest of those coupons; they are worthless!Editing to add: got the pizza and the order wasn’t even correct. They gave us pepperoni instead of supreme. ??♀️

waited 45 mins after being told it was a 15 minute wait on the app and after i asked about it the man at the front kiosk was rude to me and my mom saying “everything back there is not ready and there is no pizza” and would not give my mom a refund saying that it would be done “later”, if our money is not returned we will be claiming fraud.

The fountain drinks! they had none! went in for a carry out. no one would acknowledge my presence. I had to initiate the request to get the pizza out of the warmer.what kinda place are you guys running ? horrible customer service.

Zero StarsDisorganized!Ordered food, arrived late, arrived cold and arrived incorrect. Called to get the correct items, they told me that the manager got fired and it was only employees working. That was the excused they used to justify getting the order wrong. They told me the correct items would be back out to me in an hour. Over two hours later it arrived INCORRECTLY AGAIN!!! I told them to just credit me for what was wrong. Waiting to see if that is done right!!!Reading the most recent reviews, this place is going down hill quickly. Sad as Pizza Hut was my local choice for pizza. These things happen mainly due to poor management!Also reading the reviews to the many issues, the owner replies with a standard statement: “ Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.”Do you think they are even understanding what is happening?
