I arranged to have embroidery done on a costume which was being made. I told Delo it would be ready for embroidery in a month. I bought patterns off Etsy and provided them to her a month in advance. Then when the costume was ready she flaked out and told me she didn't have time to do it. Not reliable. Don't count of her.

Fantastic quality, great customer service, and quick turnaround! They have been able to do everything I have asked, and offer great creative insight when I’m not exactly sure what I want. So many cute products, or can bring in your own items. Can’t give these ladies enough thumbs up.
